We were heading up to Owen Sound for a funeral and given that it was winter, we figured it would make sense to go up the night before. First off, they called the day before to see if we had dinner plans (a nice touch) but we said we wouldn't likely be there until later in the evening. Since the front desk officially closes at 8:00pm, I called to let them know that we would arrive after 8:00 and they walked me through the process and when we got there, they were so accommodating and when we asked about the hot tub, they were again very helpful. The room came with breakfast provided and what a breakfast - I had the blueberry pancakes and my wife had the avocado toast - just wonderful. We aren't really winter people but there were people cross-country skiing on the golf course and there are other things to do. We loved that they had Netflix in the room and we just chilled. Wonderful people and wonderful hotel. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best stays I have ever had at a resort. Excellent customer service. The rooms were not only clean but stunning and very comfortable and the spa was delightful. The only critique I do have is that the pillows were super soft & without any substance and as someone who has a bad back it was difficult to sleep. I would recommend them investing in better pillows or at least giving the guests options to have firm or soft pillows going forward.

Absolutely beautiful resort. Views are spectacular. Golf is fantastic. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious. Only negative is the cost of the alcoholic beverages. $14-16 for can of alcohol based seltzer. Very expensive to play and stay but worth it. Shouldn't gouge with food an breverage pricing.

Beautiful views of the lake, beautifully decorated Inn and guest rooms. Loved the room service breakfast tray and stocked mini bar fridge. Cozy robes and deep tubs in room. Lots to do: golf, kayak/canoe, hiking trails, spa.

The best hotel you would ever stay at. First, I was very skeptical about existence, and quality of them in that kin of Canadian remotesness. Once I stepped into room it blew me away. They say 3.5 * hotel, but, this would get highest stars for any hotel. It got nice beach access too.
