休斯頓克馬萬怡飯店

I have been there 3 times, and the recent one was really 😡. The room is clean, front desk is so warm hearted and everything is perfect except the breakfast service. The first day breakfast is on Friday morning, the Asian girl was so nice and we are allowed to take Starbucks coffee from the fridge which included in our breakfast plan. However, on Saturday morning, the breakfast bar server was a white old lady and she said no Starbucks coffee, I said yesterday was Okay and she answered today is today! I guess she is the owner of this hotel and changed the policy over one night! Besides, she was rude because my one long hair dropped on the check desk and she said “ Your hair!” I was shocked by her reaction! Am I polluted her check desk? ***!

At the first sight the room was clean and mind you the only reason i booked this hotel because it is rated high for there cleanliness but when we moved the sheets the bed sheet had a really tiny blood stain. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The phone didn’t work so i had to go back downstairs to the front desk to complain. I asked for another room so they gave me another room but the bathroom door was hard to close the sink wouldn’t drain but my husband fixed that. The curtains didn’t open so we had to tie them because i bought a room with a view so at this point we didn’t even complain anymore and just worked with what we got because we were tired to complain and we were just there for one night.

The staff was nice for the most part, the woman in the breakfast area was a little rude(body languag and tone), told us we had to get our own drinks, yet she tended to the white people in a much nicer and catering way. She was a little nicer the next day. The bar tender in the evening was great! Front desk and even the pool guy was nice. They dont offer daily room service, you have to schedule it if you want it. It is in walking distance of the boardwalk and all the bars and restaurants around.

Staff is incredibly helpful, professional, and courteous. Hotel is quiet, clean, has a great cafe/bar area with good food & service. Rooms are clean and esthetically pleasing. Numerous great restaurants in walking distance with views of Kemah Boardwalk & fireworks on Fridays.

You really need to purchase new beds we couldn’t sleep all night the beds are so hard everything else was great except no soaking tubs as well I always prefer a tub I have a bad back. Staff was awesome Thank you.

No complimentary coffee bar for members. We don’t get the room with partial bay view. We were charged $22.50 for 2 coffees and two coffee cakes. I’ve stayed in the Marriott family of brands many, many times. To date, I’ve never seen this. Unacceptable. Please; do better!
