Antiquated ADK camp with Spacious rooms, large picture windows with views of the outdoors where mountains abound beyond the surrounding landscape. Minutes away from Whiteface Mountain, many ADK mountain 46r high peaks ,and Lake Placid Olympic sites. There are well established micro breweries and restaurants in the area. The Ausable River is close with its east branch offering sport fishing. Many Mountain brooks and hiking trails to numerous to list. When finished for the day rest in front of a fire inside or out.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 3 total).Please be sure to pick up after your dogs..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Location! Private, well located near High Peaks. Great layout of rooms. Very spacious. Lovely white birch lined driveway. Enjoyed the wildlife from the many large windows. Owner was quick to respond to our questions. Cell service was spotty but I was ok with that.

Good location and spacious house My friends and I spend two nights in this house. The house has all amenities, its clean, and the parking is very big. We plan to return to this house in this winter season.

Nice large place for friends or family The place worked perfect for us. The size and location was great. It was clean and had all we needed - I only gave it 4 stars for cleanliness because it's an older place and I don't want to mislead anyone who is expecting something new.

Winter Getaway Very lovely location, and a very comfortable and homey house! We enjoyed the wood stove and the wood that was provided. The house is very spacious and we were very happy to be able to bring our three dogs with us. We want to return when the weather is warmer, maybe in May.

Perfect landing spot for a high peaks hiking trip The location of this house is amazing! Right in the high peaks region and on a beautiful, quiet road. House is stocked with everything you could need and we really enjoyed using the fire pit after our hikes.

Disappointed The house had hot water, the linens were clean and smell good. Location is good for area hiking. Very Low maintenance Water not for drinking - smell of sewage Mouses and Beatles at the house Beds like hammocks
