Down stairs to the mostly finished walkout basement this space offers a second living room (with tv), kids toys, bedroom (queen bed), two single beds, a full bathroom (shower/tub combo), and gym. The walk out basement brings you to a brick patio and large private grassy yard. In the garage you will find a grill, a golf cart, pool / beach accessories and a few outdoor games. Leaving the house: 3 miles to Downtown Bellaire. Downtown is home to Shorts Brewery and Mammoth Distillery. It also offers plenty of nice places to eat, parks for children, glacier Hills bike/ hiking paths and shopping. 1 mile Shanty Creek Resort -The Lodge at Cedar River. Shanty Creek offers 47 trails over two distinctive ski areas and tube park. 1 mile The Chief Golf Course. 7 miles to Torch Lake.
