Very clean

Yeni bir otel, yaklaşık bir yıldır hizmet veriyor. Merkezde olması büyük avantaj, gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar geniş, ferah ve temiz. Bol çeşitli bir kahvaltı sunuyorlar. Kendi evimde olduğum gibi rahat hissettim. Bu şekilde devam ederlerse her zaman giderim.

I stayed in this hotel with my family for 4 days. The rooms and other areas of the hotel were well cleaned. The variety of breakfast items was also good. Are there only one or two problems in this hotel? 1- The heating of the rooms of this hotel is from the floor, and unfortunately there is no possibility to control the amount of heating neither for the passengers nor for the hotel officials. Therefore, we were forced to leave the window open in the cold season of the year, because we had two children, one and six years old, until the morning, we were worried that the children and maybe ourselves would catch a cold. Therefore, the hotel manager should think about controlling the amount of heating in the hotel rooms. 2- Although the people in charge of cleaning the rooms did their job well, unfortunately, they failed to charge enough bathroom items (shampoo, etc.). And instead of charging at least two series of shampoos, they only charge one series every day. Other receptionists are polite and helpful. Overall, I give this hotel 4 out of 5 points.

Sind zum zweiten mal in Folge in dieses Hotel gekommen. Was soll ich sagen. Einfach wiedee alles perfekt gewesen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit ist super. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Das Cafe was jetzt vor kurzem offen hat ust sehr stylisch dekoriert und man kann da super lecker essen.

I stayed in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, near Troy, Konya, Cappadocia, and more in a whirlwind tour of Turkey. This was my favorite hotel on the trip. Economical, wonderful, economical room, and very nice staff.

Large impersonal feeling hotel but clean and centrally located to town square with ample parking. They like many hotels had motion sensor lighting i the common areas but several were not working correctly so it had an empty closed feeling as you were walking around inside.

Super zentral gelegenes Hotel. Mitarbeiter alles sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Wenn ich wieder in Erzurum bin werde ich das Hotel definitiv wieder buchen.

Alles ganz neu. Unser Zimmer sehr groß und komfortabel. Perfekt sauber. Wäsche wurde in wenigen Stunden gewaschen und gebügelt. Personal freundlich.
