開塞利Kayseri Clock Tower附近住宿

Spacious clean room with super comfartable bed (windows at my room was not working properly). Good professional staff at reception and restaurant. Great location at the heart of city. Suz restaurant at hotel roof is a really high priced one with unpleasent meals. Customers are not stupid if you are charging above the european avarage you have to serve something special. I did not like portions and tastes... therefore hotel is good except ”exclusive tourist trap Sûz restaurant”

我和我的妻子在從Cappadocia回程的途中住在這裏。酒店位置很好，靠近機場，旁邊就是Forum市場，有很多購物選擇。房間很大，提供所有必要設施。屋頂餐廳的食物一般。期待能更好。早餐很好有很多選擇。接待處、門房、餐廳的服務都非常好，經理很熱心一直帶着笑容。酒店可以為休閑旅行者增加一些點播的電影等等。總的來説，是個很棒的住宿！

I had booked a King size bed for my partner and I. When we checked in the receptionist asked if we wanted 2 twin beds. I told him we want to keep the king size bed. He looked at us awkwardly and gave us our keys. Once in the room the temperature was 26 degrees celsius and the AC didn’t work, we informed the receptionist and he told us that AC is shut off in the winter so he told us to sleep with the window open. The noise from the street didn’t let us rest. Moreover after breakfast we had a female staff follow us to the room and she waited outside and followed us to the reception like we are going to run away without paying. I asked for an invoice and she said she’ll email it which never happened even after I emailed them twice reminding them. I escalated the matter to IHG corporate and they promised me they will investigate and document everything that happened.

房間真是太棒了,酒店是的,我們在中心住了1晚,坐滑雪,沒有車,他們幫忙安排船,甚至爲我們自動安排好了。古勒擁有人,我們還可以從外面飯,因爲我們覺得廚房已經關門了,我們到了酒店,所以我們一直沒問題。他 我我們在吉斯的一天滑雪中心,酒店冷時是6點,我們留下的時候還要乘車10點,酒店裏了時間,他們還做咖啡服務,我們只住一晚,還是很滿意。我再去酒店住在道中心 我們再次感謝他們關心和幫助

Novotel kayseri havalimanına çok yakın ve şehir merkezinde sayılabilecek bir lokasyondadır. personel güler yüzlü ve işini iyi yapan yeterliliğe sahipler. Otel genel müdürü misafirler ile ilgilenmektedir. Odalar temiz ve sağlık şartlarına çok uyumlu ortam yaratılmış. Müşteri profili gayet düzgün misafirlerden oluşmuş genellikle yabancı kişilerdi. Yemekler çok çeşitli olup gayet lezizdi.

我建議那些想在埃爾西耶斯滑雪的人,不要滿子的旅館,你可以在伊馬莫的酒店或兩個美麗的城市酒店住,並隨時到山上去,隨時可以提供酒店的交通便利。我可以建議這家酒店三次客房舒適,房間寬,新,員工和服務很棒。

房間很乾凈，很安靜，就是有一點舊，前台態度很好，對中國人友好。早餐是西餐風格，很不錯。很有特色的是紅茶，味道很好。

Stayed there for one night and it was clean and the breakfast was sufficient and the room rate was good. staff friendly and helpful. İt looks like they are understaffed but it didn't affect me. There is a parking space in front of the hotel for 4 or 5 cars. I couldn't find a place in front of the hotel but I found one just next to the hotel because I came at night but if you come to the hotel in the morning hours I think that you will not find a place to park in front of the hotel but worst case scenario you will find a place to park at the back of the hotel. The place was crowded so it was the choice of many people so as I said that it is not a fancy hotel but it's according to its price it is very good. I didn't use the hotel Wi-Fi so I don't have an idea if it is good or not. I highly recommend this hotel.

酒店在開塞利汽車站對麪，裝修布置都很高大尚，挺好的。但前台和餐廳沒什麼人會說英語，最重要的是餐費不能掛在房間賬上，別的酒店都可以掛在房間的賬上退房的時候統一結算，而他這裏用餐一次，你就結一次帳，讓他開發票，餐廳還不開，說讓前台開，早上退房讓前台開發票，搞好久開不出來，服務很差！ 早上去餐廳吃早餐，已經主動跟餐廳的工作人員說我房費不含餐，呆會我會付款，但他聽不懂很尷尬，她還去跟前台確認，你在那裡尬等她確認完你才能去吃早餐。 早餐正常從7點開始，因為要趕飛機，所以想提前到六點半吃早餐，餐廳同意，但是需要你預付訂金，哪有這樣的道理吃飯還要預付定金的。
