Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per otto giorni all’incirca, devo dire che le foto ingannano molto perché la piscina sembra enorme però in realtà è molto piccola e frequentata da molti ragazzi specialmente inglesi, l’hotel si trova proprio la parte sud di Corfù quindi diciamo dalla città è molto lontana infatti dall’aeroporto per arrivare all’hotel ci abbiamo messo un’oretta e abbiamo pagato comunque 100 € di taxi. La cosa positiva è che ovviamente a Corfù c’è un bellissimo mare ed abbiamo trovato tantissime attività e comunque stavamo vicino ai locali che ci sono li vicino. È principalmente incentrato sulla vita notturna questa parte della città. A livello di servizi di igiene non lo consiglierei perché comunque la stanza era pulita ma non era proprio pulitissima e se doveste andare con famiglie di certo non è proprio il posto ideale perché una notte ad esempio c’erano dei ragazzi che ovviamente hanno fatto serate sopra di noi ed hanno fatto ******. quindi per i ragazzini va bene per le famiglie o comunque per una vacanza in relax non proprio.

Overall has been a pleasant stay. Good points are the reception team (very helpful, friendly and engaging), location in a quiet corner and the swimming pool. The room is old and beds are not comfortable. The shower holder was broken and cleaning of the room not the best. What I found anyway more annoying was the wi-fi which was weak and kept disconnected and eventually not working time to time… Breakfast was just good, nothing special, they serve without ask glad of orange juice and black coffee. No ask if you wish to have a cappuccino instead, for example. Last day they also finished the orange juice and apple become a standard.

I’ll start with negatives. Room and fittings could do with a tidy and update. Water in my friends room didn’t really get hot, mine did, so not an issue. We didn’t ask to get it looked at and sure it would have been. Apart from that… Fantastic staff, lovely pool and setting. Couldn’t fault anything about the team, I’ve never stayed anywhere that the people helped as they did. Nothing was too much trouble. I stupidly left my bag on the coach, it had everything I needed in it. Thanks to the brilliant reception team I got it back within an hour. 10/10 , higher if that was possible! Well done everyone.

We would like to say big thank you to the team of Kavos plaza for making our stay very pleasant! Special shoutout to Tita (cleaning lady) for keeping our room super clean and tidy at all times, also for her big help anytime we needed and her great smile! Big, big thank you to Ben and Fotis (from the restaurant) for amazing chats, outstanding service and great cocktails! The food was truly amazing, the hotel cooking lady deserve 5 stars! ⭐️ Very nice stay, pool nice and really clean, overall highly recommended! You won’t be disappointed ❤️

The nicest hotel in kavos! We went on a girls holiday to kavos last week and were amazed by how nice the hotel was. The staff were all so lovely and we became good friends with them. They were also very helpful when our taxi to the airport got cancelled- we are so grateful. The food was unreal - especially the cocktails. The rooms were clean and tidy equipped with everything you would need. The pool area was clean and tidy with lots of room to sunbathe. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the main ***** meaning you can get peace and quiet to sunbathe during the day but still go out to party elsewhere.

Why did we go Kavos, answer. It was cheap. We wentv o Kavos in September as a mature ouple, we were very apprehensive so here are the pros and cons as we see it. Pros: The beach is ok and there are some decent beach bars where you can get away from the *****. There are a few decent and reasonably priced restaurants, stay clear of the Oven. Cons: Kavos is scruffy, run down, full of litter, discarded cannisters from baloon use, (thousands). Full of mainly British kids there to party and who dont give a toss, they just discarded debris. You can't just go for a mesl without being touted. The touts are just a pain in the A. We heard a number of horror stories about the island village who appeared to miss represent their holidays and ship people off to an "annex" that is a sruffy hole. Unless you are very young, want to party till the early hours and don't give a toss about your surroundings don't visit Kavos. I do think that some locals have realised the current model is not sustainable. Kavos needs knocking down and re building, simple as that.
