地方比較偏僻，在聖誕節期間價格出奇的貴大約將近350美元/夜，由於計劃晚了其他酒店都被別人定了衹能在此地將就着，但是服務極差。攜程給我們的訂單説下午3點可入住，去了那裡被告知是4:00，而且是你們旅行社出的錯，到外面轉了一圈4:15回去了還是沒有房間，也不説何時才能弄好，那個前台有3-4個人在服務但説是後面打掃的人不夠，我們問為什麼不派前台的去支援？不回答，然後叫出一個經理來抵擋。那個人不但不賠禮道歉，居然説你不滿意可以免費取消訂單我們不罰款。居然在今天會有這樣蠻橫的人在做客服經理？我們後來看到其他的客户也有來回跑了幾次還沒拿到房的，有的下午2:00就到了。所以我們幾個聯合了起來説要投訴這個經理，他們才怕了，非常快就變出了幾間房來安撫。所以這家酒店的管理一定是有大問題， 其他的設施什麼的都還好，就是服務趕上了這麼差勁的一個團隊。

Location is great and the property is extremely clean and quiet. Our room was very outdated ( early 80's for furniture, carpet, bathroom) but clean and everything worked. It was spacious but bare minimum in kitchen for supplies, the coffee pot is super tiny. My only complaint is you can't extend your stay for late check out or additional day, that really impacts people on hikes and etc. We had to pack our stuff out (530am) and couldn't do late check out to come back to pack and shower. The young desk clerks stated policy for late check out was call morning of after 9am. That's ridiculous because most tourist are traveling across island exploring early. We asked at 815pm night before and staff couldn't give us late check out for next day, that's a deal breaker for us coming back to this property and was absolutely not willing to check or call management, for this reason I would avoid property if you have early tours or adventures. No one wants to pack out 5am without opportunity for late check out.

Card didn't work halfway through the stay. Room had locked doors. Very odd.

We paid for a single bed and instead were given a room with 2 small twin beds. The beds were so old and worn out that me and my gf were sinking into the middle of the bed, neither of us got any sleep on those beds. The hotel room was super dirty and old. The ceiling is caked with dirt and dust in the popcorn pattern. The porcelain was peeling off the shower and tub. Furthermore, the tv in the unit was broken like somebody had punched the tv. I do not give reviews but this was the worst place I have ever stayed.

The first room we were assigned smelled strongly of cat pee and we couldn't sleep there. The second room smelled better but was shabby. Stained shower enclosure, broken window shade slats, doors with frayed, delaminated bottoms, spotted carpets, bare light bulbs around bathroom mirror, etc. This is not a three star resort. The basic design works, and the room was decorated nicely but needs maintenance badly.

Just stayed one night ac unit a bit noisy. All other ammenities were great in our 1 bdrm. Staff accomodating to move us to first floor If you need a taxi early am (4-5am) be sure to arrange early from this location. We ended up using Ernest from Citicab. Some say its too early for them and others dont serve this area. Could not reserve an Uber from this area for the airport trip even tho its just 6 miles from airport...

Full kitchens and a pull out bed on the couch- great for longer stays. Be aware the front desk closes early so if you check in late, you have to call security. The buildings are not well marked, so make sure to scope it out in the daytime to see which building is which. Clean hotel. Basic kitchen amenities.

Nice place. Enjoyed our stay there. Only issues were unnecessarily complicated wi-fi that ended up not working after someone came to our room to help get us set up and a laundry facility that required an unpleasant app.

Suite felt like it was the perfect choice for a week stay and with two little ones because you have the option of cooking their favorite foods as well. I didnt think the pool area was all worth the extra fees they charge specially since we didnt even use it. They should make this optional as the beach is within walking distance. Fridge was leaking during our entire 8 day stay. They provided towels for the leak and that was it. TV was not working on day one and they swapped it out. Good customer service but they should have checked all of this before we arrived. They don't automatically include non stick pans, you have to ask. It was ok.

There was flooding on Kauai(school & road closings) so we had to cancel our stay through no fault of our own. Innkeeper refused to allow me to reschedule for Saturday (which was our only other option )without charging us a very increased amount. Very disappointed in lack of consideration of customer service by innkeeper. Extremely poor review is warranted.

If you literally just need a roof over your head go ahead and stay at Hale Plantation Suites. If, on the other hand, you need access to some services and amenities such as internet, TV, laundry or cooking facilities stay away. The internet was intermittent, the laundry uses an extremely complicated app-based system that we ultimately had to abandon, the TV did not work properly and the stove and hairdryer were broken.

Great budget hotel in a nice little area of town. Right across the street from a shopping center and the beach is within walking distance. 3 pools and 2 hot tubs, which means it's rarely crowded while swimming or soaking. Our room came with a fridge, microwave, stove and coffee maker. Definitely slightly older appliances but everything worked just fine. Front desk staff were very helpful with check-in and knowledgable about the area. Will stay here again on our next trip to Hawaii!

We found the suite to be well-appointed and comfortable. I left a personal item in the suite and phoned the front desk shortly after we drove away to catch our flight. The lady at the desk promised to check with housekeeping and call me back. I still haven't heard back, even though I called again and left a message, and it has been 2 days, and am assuming they never found the item (though I am 100% sure where I left it), and I'm quite disappointed.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating, but the room wasn’t ready until a few hours after check in. The room itself was large but definitely needed better cleaning, maintenance, and updating. Would probably not stay here again for the price we ended up paying.
