Great hospitality,great hotel at best rates. Will love to book this hotel again. They have left no stone unturned to look after the hospitality and to provide all the things whatever required whenever we have asked.

The stay was very good and the view was very good. We liked the room very much and the rate was quite good. We felt like we were at home here and I specially thank you, miss Monica and Samriti Sunny ji compromised a lot and treated us very well, Miss Monica ji specially guided me for every single thing due to which my whole family was very happy after coming here. Everything was perfect Yes, here from the hotel to the cleanliness, food and reception, everything was perfect. I recommend it to everyone, if you want to go to visit Mata Vaishno Devi ji, then go to which residency, you will get good staff ***** with the view.

Had a wonderful and enjoyable stay at one of the extraordinary hotel at one of the best location. Ambiance of the hotel is beyond expectations. Rooms, room service and curtious staff is highlights of the hotel.

I had a very wonderful experience at kc Residency this week. I was in katra for a business seminar where guests from North Indian states were invited. The front desk led by Vanita Mam & Team was extremely helpful & accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean and were having great view of Holy Trikuta hills. The food was delicious and served hot on all the 5 days of our stay. Mr Thakur, the restaurant in charge, personally look after all our guests. In fact, warm food was served very late in night to our guests who arrived well past midnight or departed very early in the morning. Overall the staff was very helpfully. We had a very happy time at KC RESIDENCY.

I’m thoroughly impressed by their hospitality, warmth and cooperation. Staff is so warm and welcoming, no matter what time it is. You generally come and leave on odd timings in katra for trek. I'll never forget—during one of my stays with them, after a trek, my husband and I were fast asleep. We almost forgot about our train booking. Not only did they wake us up, but they also packed lunch for us and dropped us at the station so we could catch our train on time. Stay very good and miss Samriti, they treated us very well, some of my friends uploaded some photos yesterday, I specially thank you Miss Monica and Miss Samriti Because of them our journey was very good I don't know whether the rest of the staff is good or not, but I only met Samriti and Monica. The way of talk of both of them seemed quite impressive. ए And I saw Tripadvisor opened, my friend gave the feedback before me, but for this journey and booking, till the check and checkout, I thank Monica and Samriti ji from the bottom of my heart.Thank you for such a wonderful conversation, I am very happy, I will visit here next time
