Overall experience good ambience and basic facilities are upto the mark. For two adults and two kids the room is not comfortable.

It was good very neat and tidy, just inside the platform but no noise, very peaceful stay, it was way better than other hotels.

Nice property, nice g food excellent service, good rooms staff were well cooperated nice arrangements of coupons for breakfast.

I enjoyed stay at the guest house and after booking i felt like tension free as they provide pickup and drop and breakfast too there is a shopping complex inside the premises so it was a complete comfortable stay.

Common bathroom should elaborate more. It was used by more than 10 rooms guest(3bed, 4 bed, 6bed rooms) and staff( cisf, irctc staff. Room condition was bed seepages broken ac, room door lock was in bad condition

Good stay, room is comfortable and size is good too. Food is average. They can do better on food and furniture. More important it's within railway station premises so very easy to commute anywhere, you can get transport easily. In terms of pricing its value for money. Staff is nice and supportive.

Irctc hotel is low in staff. Since it is situated in the railway station itself, the only good thing is you need not to travel long. Everything is self service. Rooms are average and worn out. Though clean. Cutains are not washed since ages, sofa is also not clean. For breakfast, lunch and dinner you have to go to the irctc cafeteria. No room service for ordering food. Zomato swiggy is not available at the location. People are helpful, hotel staff will guide you for everything. The rfid for mandir visit is available downstairs as the rooms are above the station. After 10pm you will not be able to get any food since the irctc canteen is closed. Those who are non vegetarians be ready to spare few days with veg without onion and garlic. The food is average, i took a thali and it was bland. Overall, the best part is you are in railway guest house so no trouble of finding any auto rickshaws to travel anywhere and no rush to catch the train. I spent 5600 for 2 nights which is i say is on a higher side for a deluxe room. You can get good hotels. Those who are travel-ling for the first time and don't want to much. I would say it's ok. Free pick and drop to darshan point is also a good thing. I choose this hotel as i am new and don't know much abt the place. I am always scared of if someone steal my belongings. From this standpoint i can rely on irctc.
