I am a regular customer in this hotel and I'm pleased with the service and food both. The people here are very friendly which makes the stay even more pleasant. I will surely come back next year and stay at this hotel. Also I would totally recommend this hotel to people coming to Katra.

We had an amazing stay at Mahalaxmi and the hotel is just opposite the ITC property and easily reachable. A good view from the room is a USP of the hotel. The staff is very supportive and courteous. The hotel has a shopping complex next to the lobby, you have no need to visit the Market to buy the Prasad, Dry Fruits and Kashmiri Suite.

Best hotel with in the budget. I did not expect the service and facilities from this hotel. I am so happy to come and choose this hotel. Will recommend to everyone and whenever come to this place will stay here. Thank you team member you guys are fabulous 👌. Thanks again.

This is My 2nd Stay in mahalakshmi Hotel stay was very Comfortable and We enjoyed our stay and specially one person was very charming and handsome and to much good in his field Mr. Anil Sharma smart and dashing personality with cute smile. Thanks for everything and will surely visit again.

Hotel was good and one should visit. Also the room service was good. Washroom and the food provided was good. All the visiting points are nearby to this hotel and it becomes easy to travel to bus stand, katra market. Overall we had an amazing experience
