Excellent ambience. Service n Staff are very prompt n very cooperative. Good Food. Pickup n drop facility at Banganga is very Good. Even in the midnight also driver comes for pickup n drop.. Very scenic valley view from the hotel room. Jai Mata Di

Very homely atmosphere, food and hotel service is also good.... hotel staff is very friendly and helpful..they have beautiful view from the rooms .A big lawn with beautiful view of Mata Vaishno devi.. .Really enjoyed the stayed .

the ***agement was really nice and everything was on time, the breakfast ,lunch,dinner was delicious 😋and the view out of our hotel room was mesmerizing and the environment was very calm and good 😊 really liked it 😀 and would recommend it to ***y all staff is very nice but Anita was really good to and welcomed us with a warm smile which we really liked it jai Mata di

Lovely hotel. Close to the helipad base camp. Loved the food and breakfast buffet. The view of the hotel is simply gorgeous. And the rooms are very spacious. Plus the prices are very competitive. The service staff were extremely polite and accommodating. Worth the money spent!

We are the regular guests in the white hotel of Radisson Individual in Karra Vaishno Devi. They helped us a lot in making our stay lovely. Food is amazing and service is superb as well. We will recommend this hotel to our relatives and friends.
