Very nice hotel with very helpful staff who were there whenever any help was needed the facilities were very clean and the location was perfect right in the city centre.

Great location, view, view from the restaurant, imagine in summer you can see blue sky! I was just missing a kettle and tea/ coffees from the room like I usually have in hotels but asked for and received a kettle. Good spa, thank you

房間乾淨，地理位置很好

地理位置很好，早餐庭很贊，但停車不方便且較貴。

Non è un albergo da 5 stelle al massimo 3+ molto vissuti. La nostra camera era buia con unica finestra vista sul tetto sporco del restorante attaccato con aghi contro volatili. Il letto era tutto scorticato. Asciugamani di vecchia data . Camera era sporca addirittura ospiti di prima hanno lasciato i fogli su lampade. Tappeto vecchio che non centrava niente con la camera dava solo senso di sporco. Condizionatore che faceva tanto rumore. La porta di bagno non si chiudeva. Personale per niente accogliente. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare la camera che costava 245 euro di mercoledì per una notte. Prezzo per questa camera e per servizi che offrono e’ estremamente esagerato. Ho guardato su Booking e' pagando 10 euro in più erano 8 camere di classe superiore. Nessuna disponibilità da parte del personale per risolvere problema. Capisco la lingua polacca e' quando cameriere ha chiesto di proporci la camera superiore con supplemento di prezzo le è stato detto di dire che non ci sono più le camere disponibili. Colazione pagando da parte e' ottima per chi mangia salato per chi mangia dolce solo un tipo di brioche vuota o ruotino con la marmellata. Ha soaaiornato nel mese di ottobre 2025

Są hotele, których wystrój trafia w mój gust bardziej, ale pod względem obsługi (i śniadań ＜3) to najlepszy hotel w Polsce. Przemili, pomocni i skuteczni we wszystkim o co się poprosi. W Katowicach wybieram wyłącznie ten hotel, który odwiedziłem już naprawdę wiele razy. Do tego doskonała lokalizacja i featy typu basen czy sauna.

Hotel Monopol ligt prachtig in het centrum van Katowice. Een prachtig gebouw waar zeker aandacht voor het verleden is. Het is een van de weinige 5-sterren hotels in de stad, dus de verwachtingen waren hoog. Ik ben elke maand in Katowice en nu dus voor het eerst in Monopol. De incheck om 16:00 was prima, mijn kamer was nog niet klaar, dus even wachten. Dame achter receptie was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Overige receptie medewerkers zeggen niets en lijken ongeïnspireerd. De kamer was groot genoeg, vooral de badkamer met ligbad. Maar het voelt heel gedateerd aan. Art deco elementen, maar de uitvoering is ronduit ouderwets. Het meubilair doet ronduit ongezellig aan. Ik kreeg op geen enkel moment het idee dat ik in een 5-sterren hotel verbleef. De slang van de douche kop lekt, koffie apparaat niet schoongemaakt. Het positieve is zeker het à la Carte ontbijt. Keurig verzorgd met ontzettend lekkere cappuccino.

Lokalizacja w samym centrum. Ciekawy wystrój starego stylu w połączeniu z nowoczesnym. Obsługa bardzo serdeczna i profesjonalna. W pokoju było bardzo cicho, nie było słychać hałasu z zewnątrz. W pokoju ekspres do kawy, suszarka, zestaw kosmetyków, szlafroki i kapcie. Mini bar dobrze wyposażony. Na pewno wrócimy!

the hotel was fine but the survice is bad because i came with my colleague to the hotel,he was the one who did the registration to the hotel and told them to charge his company. they whanted on the check in a visa card and told me all the time that its just a normal procedure and i have nothing to worry about and they wont charge me. but at the check out that i didnt did, my colleague did the check out withot me. his !!!!!visa didnt passed and he told them to charge my visa they did it without me being there and without my approval!!!! they did what he told them without asking him to call me to approve the charge on the visa, the visa that is mine and i wasent there to know that they charching me and after they told me not to worry and they will not charge the visa!!!!!!!!! its a very bed handling especially that in the bigining they told me they wont charge my visa. and also its wrong management of situation like this, its very wrong to charge someones visa without talking to this person first. they charged my visa on base of another person who told them to charge my visa that is not his visa and i wasent there in person to aprrove it!!!!!!!

床很舒服，海浪很舒服，讓我睡得很香。早餐很棒，有很多選擇，可以滿足大多數人和孩子的口味。工作人員非常友善和樂於助人。步行即可到達購物中心和火車站。

卡托維茲很棒的飯店。位置位於中環廣場，靠近標記和很多餐廳。房間很大，乾淨，漂亮。早餐棒極了，是我吃過的最好的飯店早餐之一。接待處和清潔工的服務很棒。

優質的服務，美麗寬敞的房間，乾淨溫暖的游泳池，一流的餐廳以及專業且非常友好和樂於助人的工作人員。我們在 Cristalino 餐廳吃了晚餐。食物的品質和擺盤都很棒。早餐非常好，有很多選擇。我們在這家飯店住了兩晚，很愉快，以後很可能還會再來這家飯店。
