Nous avions réserver un villa avec piscine privée. Villa très spacieuse 2 salles de bain et deux chambres et très grand salon séjour et deux salons de jardin extérieur. Piscine très grande Personnels au petit soin Petit déjeuner délicieux avec jus de fruit frais tous les matins. Petit bémol sur le prix des repas midi ou soir ( 20$) prix européen qui nous ont poussés tous les soirs à aller manger chez le voisin ( manolo ) a moitié prix et délicieux. Ménage nickel. Accès plage hors à taille humaine.

Мы отменили бронирование этого отеля, потому что персонал отеля не смог нам ответить в течение месяца! Мы написали за два месяца до приезда, что мы хотим поменять номер отеля на другой с собственным бассейном. Они ответили, что напишут возможно ли это сделать или нет. И пропали. Мы им написали второй раз, но они даже не ответили! Мы приняли решение отменить заказ, если персонал отеля так относится к своим клиентам, то как он относится уже во время проживания?! Мы нашли более лучший вариант и дешевле!

We chose to stay at Sunny Palms over a weekend getaway with family. The experience was splendid. We were met by Ally who checked us into the property and gave us a tour to familiarize ourselves. The rooms were specious with beautiful Zanzibari details. The woodwork was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. We had our own lounge area where we would gather as a family to enjoy a chat and share laughs. The staffs were very friendly and hospitable. They made sure we were always looked after and really went an extra mile to look after us. The security at the property was very well maintained.. we could freely sit around the beach area at night without having to worry about anything. My parents thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The kids enjoyed the play area and the fun games kept for them. Their food and their mocktails were enjoyable. My personal favorite was the Frozen Virgin Hibiscus Margarita. Thanks to Ochu who always prepared those lovely drinks for us. I managed to capture the best sunrise pictures from Sunny Palms and the beach area was so clean. Their famous and Instagram worthy beach gate that reads I❤️ZANZIBAR is something that I really loved. Thank you Sunny Palms Management Team.. we will definitely be back very soon. And of-course.. great job on having such an amazing team!

Zanzibar is breathtaking and I’m so glad we were able to explore this beautiful island with the guidance of the Sunny Palms crew. The service, the room, and property all exceeded our expectations. We were provided excellent customer service by all but the trip wouldn’t have been the same without Saff. Saff is truly amazing. He not only provides the highest level of customer service but he makes every guest feel like a VIP. It was not easy managing different personalities and expectations during this group trip. Saff, however, did so with patience and humility. For every problem that was had, he provided a solution and resolved every conflict beyond expectations. He definitely went above and beyond to make a lifelong dream come true and he made sure that a milestone birthday was the best yet.

Je recommandé l’hôtel les yeux fermés j’ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi à l’écoute de sa clientèle. Tout était parfait, les chambres super propres et spacieuses, la nourriture très très bonne, mes enfants sont très difficiles et la ils ont mangé comme des rois, tout était parfait, en passant par le petit déjeuner avec les crêpes, les gaufres, céréales, omelettes, ils ont trouvé leurs bonheur, sans parler du dîner et des animations organisées qui étaient vraiment superbes. Franchement cet hôtel a le mérite d’un hôtel 5 étoiles et sans oublié la magnifique plage déserte sur laquelle on peut se balader et se baigner. J’ai vraiment eu un coup de cœur pour cet hôtel, et nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hôtel et nous ne manquerons pas de le recommander autour de nous. Je remercie Hamdi, Ali, Elisabeth vraiment tous le personnel pour leur dénouement et surtout leur magnifique travail.

Un endroit de toute beauté au calme et loin du tourisme… Des maisons bien aménagées Des employés très avenants mais aussi discret Une plages avec sa vue sur l’océan indien Des repas bons et frais et au notes indiennes Propreté irréprochable Merci
