Good hotel nice location but customer service could have been better

타멜이랑 걸어가긴 좀 멀어요

ホテル到着が深夜0時近かったのですが、受付スタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーで気持ちよく対応してくれました。ロケーションが通りから細い道に入ったところにあり、タクシードライバーも迷うような分かりづらい立地でしたが、部屋は十分に広く清潔で、アメニティは歯磨きセットも置いてありました。コーヒー、紅茶パック、ミネラルウォーターもフリーで楽しめます。朝食も満足です。

Penso che questa struttura abbia a sua favore la sua locazione, visto che si trova in prossimità di un centro dove poter passeggiare in tranquillità. Il resto è da rivedere. La stanza in qui ho soggiornato era pulita ma con alcuni elementi in particolare nel bagno da sistemare. Grande delusione la colazione, dal sito fotografie di un grande buffet , nella realtà poca roba e presentata con ciotole semi coperte da pellicola trasparente. Anche il menù per pranzo o cena andrebbe rivisto come il servizio.

There are three Landmark hotels in Nepal - at Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan - we stayed in all three during our Nepal tour. I will write separately for the other two, as far as Landmark Kathmandu is concerned, everything was at par or sometimes above expectations, be it accommodation, food or staff behaviour.. We opted for rooms on higher floor and the views from there are great covering Kathmandu city. We had MAP meal plan and both breakfast and dinner spread were really good, lots of options, variety and off course with great taste. No complaints whatsoever! Highly recommended if you are looking for good accommodation with great food at the heart of the city. Pashupatinath temple, Thamel market everything is nearby.. Last but not the least, our sincere thanks to Ms. Pashmina for arranging booking at all three locations centrally, coordinating with them when we were on the move from one to another, making sure we had a hassle free journey.. Thank you once again Mam for making our trip memorable!

We managed to get an early check in. The room were relatively clean and spacious. Bathroom amenities provided were pleasant and fragrant. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. Manager Anil interacted with us and other guests, a good touch of customer service. Breakfast had a good spread and was delicious and fresh. Hotel is in close proximity to international brands and eatery like KFC and adidas

Awesome place in durbarmarg. Walking distance to all major shopping centres. Room size is big and view from room on higher floors is great. Breakfast options are good as well. Staff is very friendly. Restaurant and bar is well stocked. Good for business and family stay

Very good nice staff and food.Nice room Quality of bed and hygiene Best time to visit in September to January Pashupatinath temple and Airport is very much near to this hotel. Palace is next road to hotel
