洗澡水是温的，還好我不怕冷。刷牙的杯子臟，茶包沒有外包裝，毛巾衹有一個。整個房間插座都是壞的，衹有衞生間能充電，電視機是壞的，床很小，空調功率很小，跟沒開差不多。位置不好找，花了不少冤枉路費和時間精力。隔音非常差，而且周圍有酒吧太吵。早餐太差，太貴。體驗感非常差。

Perfect location in Thamel. Also only 5 mins walk to Pokhara tourist bus stand. My room on the 5th floor was spacious comfortable and had every amenity I needed. Great value for money too.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Reasonably priced at the edge of the Thamel area.

Good stay. Good bed, clean. Amazing shower. Overall great price/quality

Best location. Suite rooms are the best with bathtub. Truly value for money. Liked the free breakfast as well. Owner and staffs are helpful. Specially liked the packed breakfast on request during early check out in morning for Pokhara..

Hi Folks, I had booked 2 family rooms on this property from 21.06.2022 to 25.06.2022 after going through photos and reviews of Tripadvisor and different online travel portals. After checking into this hotel, I felt cheated by the trip advisor and all other travel portals, who have given the highest rating and uploaded false information about property amenities. Still I am in shock that a company like Tripadvisor gave a 9.2 rating to this property, which is not worthy of even a 2.0 rating, hence please don't believe even trip advisors. I had to check out this hotel the very next day and had to book another hotel. Please rethink before booking this property and cross check following facts before booking, if you don’t want to spoil your holiday: - 1. Property Photo uploaded by MakeMyTrip and other travel portals will not match the actual image of this property as property photo is of another property. 2. There is no swimming pool in this hotel, but all travel portals have mentioned pools in their filter and front page. 3. Room size is 50% smaller than, what ever mentioned at their portal. 4. There is no food available even at 9 PM, whereas they claim to serve until 10 PM. 5. There is no 24x7 front desk as mentioned at their portal. 6. You will find only Cook to act as Receptionist, Hotel Manager, Electrician, plumber etc. 7. All rooms are very small and full of foul smell. 8. Dressing table and wardrobe seems to be purchased from a scrap dealer as those were very old and broken at multiple places. 9. Rooms end before it starts. 10. You will hardly find any other occupant except you in this hotel. 11. There is rationing in breakfast also. They provide only 1 egg per person and any extra egg will be charged. Hence please do not book this property even at throw away price.

I have visited to Kathmandu for the business trip and taken accommodation at Alpine Hotel & Apartment. It's really amazing and very good for the business trip they provides very hygienic food, good room service,cab service, city guidence, etc.

Stayed at the alpine hotel & apartments for 2 nights. Booked the executive suite with breakfast included. On check in, entering the property felt welcoming and up to standards we saw before booking. On going to our room, having booked the executive suite we had quite high expectations. It was disappointing, many of the lights didn’t work especially the one around the of ceiling that comes advertised as colour pink. Many sockets don’t hold appliances and are loose. The tv didn’t work on trying for many attempts. The floor was not washed only brushed i guess as feet were dirty after walking in flooring. The bathroom was quite nice but when needed to shower there is no hot water, there is only very light warm water that comes after leaving two run for 10 mins which is a lot of water wastage and only lasts for 5 mins or so. The bed was comfortable except that the sheets had stains on them but it was clean otherwise. Breakfast was disappointing, it’s cold and not much on offer. Although an offering of a omelette is available but still having paid for it and not really enjoyed it. Staff were very nice but a little laid back at times when requests were needed. I’m not sure if i would recommend staying here as i view it from other’s perspective also so i wouldn’t want someone to experience what i did in my eyes. I hope the hotel understands this. Other than all the above again the staff were very nice and kind and helpful when needed although some were little laid back and multiple requests had to be made.
