前台極度差勁！某個知道我名字的當地人喝多了半夜兩點來酒店找我告訴前台他認識我，在我生病剛睡着的情況下半夜兩點給我打電話驚醒我，沒有跟我求證的情況下私自給那個男人我的房卡因為我聽到他企圖刷卡開我的房門，還好我反鎖了！那個男的進不來我沒有理他他居然訂了房間前台還給他安排在我同一層！我真的從來沒體驗過這麼令人噁心的事情！完全不考慮客人的安全！重新培訓員工吧！！！

酒店乾淨衞生，還遇到一些長久居住的朋友，早餐的這個油炸花菜比炸雞還好吃，佩服廚師的料理技能。酒店前台小哥會日語，英語卡殼時也能切換溝通。遇到的Stuff都笑臉相迎，很Nice。

房間空間感覺有點窄小，箱子衹能擺在地上，出門就是店鋪林立的泰米爾，超級方便。服務好，餐廳點餐送餐很方便。

地點是不錯的 建議房間可多安裝一些掛鈎方便涼衣服 毛巾親膚感有待改善 早餐選擇很少

店家服務不錯，身體不舒服還帶着去看醫生，每天的早餐吃着也不錯，最後一天早晨送我去機場時還給帶了早餐，裏面有我最愛吃的煮雞蛋！

Great location, very kind and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and the breakfast buffet is pretty good too! Highly recommend!

Hotel is owned by a scammer. Shankar Pandey will take your money but doesn't keep his promises. Very bad customer services he acts if he is your friend but doesnt care about you at all. Stay away from this company and stay somewhere else and be safe

Been here 2 times and this property will always be my first option when it comes to booking hotels in Thamel. I have had the worst experience with other hotels but not Norbulinka. The staffs are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious and for my second visit I wanted a room decoration and Norbulinka provided me with the best room decoration I had ever seen. It was really beautiful. Everything is good including the location, comfortable rooms, cozy beds, and delicious meals. It's very quiet and peaceful at night, really like the location.
