The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was greeted with warm smiles and refreshing drinks. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning view — every detail was thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation. The hotel’s amenities exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh, flavorful options to suit every taste. The housekeeping team maintained everything perfectly throughout my stay. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the excellent Wi-Fi connection, making it ideal for both leisure and work. What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of hospitality. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay — from recommending local attractions to assisting with transportation. Overall a Good Stay with Great Service The hotel is overall quite good. It offers nice facilities such as a gym, sauna, steam room, and an infinity pool. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to swim during my stay because the pool was very crowded with noisy children at the time. What impressed me the most was the staff — they were extremely helpful and genuinely friendly. Their hospitality really stood out and made the stay more pleasant.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are extremely helpful. We could enjoy a beautiful view of Kathmandu while swimming in their pool.
