蘇里尚吉巴飯店

Im zuri stimmt alles freundliches Personal, tolle grosse Bungalows inmitten grüner Oase. Das Essen ist eine Wucht, Gesamte Anlage und Strand einfach nur herrlich. Auch wenn nicht ganz günstig ist das zuri das Geld wert. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat alles gepasst, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es gibt beim besten Willen keinen negativen Punkt zu erwähnen.

E' senza dubbio il miglior resort di Kendwa costituito da bungalow dislocati in un giardino tropicale fantastico oggetto di continua manutenzione e ricco di alberi e fiori che spaziano dai baobab alle palme,dai banani alla chorisia agli ibiscus ai ginger ecc.Le camere sono spaziose,con ampia terrazza esterna attrezzata con lettini e amaca,ben climatizzate con aria condizionata e ventilatore.Unica pecca la luce erogata da abat jour e lampade di bel disegno ma che forniscono una illuminazione insufficiente (oltre ad essere posizionate a bassa altezza con conseguente facilità di urtarle con la testa) La spiaggia è molto bella e assai ben sorvegliata.Le maree in questa zona sono molto contenute e non vi sono mai problemi per accedere al bellissimo mare.E' possibile fare lunghe passeggiate fino alla spiaggia confinante di Nungwi più affollata ma viva, colorita e allegra.Anche i venditori non sono assillanti e basta un cortese rifiuto perché vi lascino tranquilli.Gli spazi comuni sono stati realizzati con grande classe con arredi del tutto consoni al luogo e all'ambiente. La prima colazione è ricca e varia e davvero non manca nulla. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante principale a buffet una sola volta perché, pur avendolo trovato soddisfacente, dopo aver provato il Maisha (anch'esso compreso nel trattamento di mezza pensione) non lo abbiamo più lasciato avendo trovato la sua cucina magnifica e raffinata. Chi,come noi,non ama pasteggiare con l'acqua o la birra, ha a disposizione anche una bella carta dalla quale è possibile scegliere anche vini a prezzo accettabile come,ad esempio, chardonnay e sauvignon blanc sudafricani.Tutto il personale è squisitamente gentile. Un particolare ringraziamento ad Ernesto e a Maria che ci ha servito la cena con gentilezza e grande simpatia. Per concludere un suggerimento:mettete dei feltrini(felt pads) sotto le sedie del ristorante principale. Il loro spostamento da parte di chi si alza e si siede provoca degli stridii terribili per chi ha orecchie sensibili:la spesa sarà minima ma il risultato massimo

Der Aufenthalt im Zuri Beach Hotel war äusserst relaxed und sehr schön. Wir haben uns im sehr gut geführten Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Der sehr schöne und gute Strand, die sehr gut unterhaltenen Zimmer, die Architektur, das gute Essen und die sehr freundlichen und professionellen Mitarbeiter:innen machen das Hotel zu einem tollen Ort für Badeurlaub und mehr … . Sehr zu empfehlen und gerne wieder ..!

Wir waren im Anschluss an eine Seregeti Safari für 8 Nächte im Zuri im Garden Bungalow. Tolles Hotel, nettes Personal, sehr leckeres Essen und ein schöner Strand mit Sunset Blick. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

We spent 4 nights at Zuri for a girlfriend’s 40th birthday. The resort property is beautiful. However, there are a few items of concern. 1) our AC in the room did not work. When we brought it to the attention of the manager we were told it was because we turned it off. They brought us a fan and said it was fixed. Offered to move our room, but why would we since it was “fixed.” Night 2, the AC was not fixed. It was so hot in the room, I had to take a shower in the middle of the night to sleep. Day 3 the engineer came, fixed the AC. 2) The resort was out of all white wine except Chardonnay. Super disappointing. 3) The food is a buffet every other night. I feel for the price the food should be better. Finally, the restaurant managers, waiters (Juma) and waitresses (Safina) and bar tenders were amazing! My recommendation is if you do stay at Zuri and have an issue resolve the bill before you leave. We asked for a reduction in our room because we didn’t have proper AC for 2 days and 2 nights and were told no because they offered us a fan and to move rooms(although they told us it was fixed).

This place is wonderful. The cottages are spread over the property with privacy for each. Our deck was a relaxing spot to enjoy a rainy morning in the jungle, and then we ventured to the beach when the sun appeared - all very relaxing. The pool is quiet and very beautiful, with a view through the trees of the beach below and ocean. The dining room dinner and breakfast buffet is more than abundant and everything was delicious. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would have been a 5 star stay, but for the all night party (and I mean ALL NIGHT) which went on at the property next door - we were told that this happens whenever there is a full moon. Music and lots of amplified yelling. Not the fault of Zuri Zanzibar, but something to consider when booking your stay.
