The premises is very neat and clean. The hotel and surroundings are very spacious. Stay was really pleasant. The staff was very co-operative. Food is costly, i felt. For some reason, i had to partially cancel my stay. Hotel staff co-operated the max possible extent. Overall, the experience of ananya regency is very good.

Stayed 2 nights in Nov 23. Right on main road which remains pretty congested but easy to find. Overall stay pretty poor mainly due to total lack of professionalism and expertise by hotel staff. Only saving grace was the manager Mr Praveen, who helped in every way to solve problems. Right from check in everything was on request from soap, to shampoo, to tea coffee sachets. If they brought you soap, you had to ask for towel. Then ask for shampoo. Then ask for tea cofee sachets. Then ask for a cup. Then ask for a spoon. TV did not start and u had to call someone. AC control is with hotel management, you cannot adjust. Door did not lock from outside. They had a rooftop party so declined food. Mr Praveen somehow managed to arrange something. Saving grace was the room which was spacious. Overall very poor management and staff who knows nothing of basic requirements in hospitality sector. Avoidable totally.
