I had a wonderful stay at Nataaha Hotels in Mbarara. The hotel offers a unique location, tucked away in a peaceful and quite area. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing stay. The breakfast spread was fantastic, featuring a mix of continental options and the standout local dish—katogo, a delicious traditional Ugandan meal. It was a great way to start the day. The hotel is quiet and serene, providing a restful atmosphere throughout my visit. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly. Overall, Nataaha Hotels offers a great balance of comfort, local culture, and tranquility. Highly recommend!

serene place to be, my friends and I enjoyed the stay, warm reception, good service and very tasty food. the most challenging thing was location, let the admin think of working on signposts for the better.

I have stayed here with friends on several occasions now. Such kind service, very comfortable beds, beautiful setting, good food, quiet nights, privacy... it has everything. You will be happy choosing to stay at Nataaha for sure.

This was our third stay at Nataaha--and it certainly will not be our last. We love it here. High-thread-count linens, everything is tastefully appointed, staff are so eager to please, food is tasty. We just love it. Definitely our go-to in Mbarara. If you're with friends or family, book a whole townhouse, and literally "feel at home." Easy to find. As you enter Mbarara from the east, look for their large sign on the left side of the road (though you turn right there). Once off the main road, do not follow GPS. Instead, stick with the larger road which curves behind ROOFINGS, and then follow the Nataaha signposts to the hotel.

Nataaha Hotels is a hidden gem not too far off the main room but outside of the hustle of town. If following google maps to get there take the larger road on the left after turning off the main road and follow the signs. The owners went above and beyond with nice furnishings and the rooms and overall atmosphere is a class above most establishments in and around Mbarara. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens and comfortable pillows and mattress. The bathroom was nice and the water was hot and had great water pressure. The service was great. The restaurant and bar was nice and breakfast was super generous. We will be back!

The rooms are fresh and since opening in December 2022, the hotel stepped up their cleaning protocols for the guest rooms and other frequent amenities. This small hotel, i call it a small gem. The team esp Ms. Maclean was the main reason for me to choose this property. She spoke fluently and answered all my question in a calm and professional way, not forgetting, she always smile. The linen in the guest room is maintained fresh and housekeeping offered daily. Due to the small number of rooms (only 11 in total currently on offer), service is personal and if you plan to visit during the week day, you will realise they're not so busy. I hope to visit again, thanks to the website with a do & see page. I would love to cyle to the Eclipse monument in Biharwe or To the Lake Mburo National Park on bike
