The location of the property is amazing and the room sizes are generous. However the quality of service and maintenance of the property is really poor. The TT room also has all the soiled sheets dumped on the floor, the toilet seat is stained terribly n old, the sheets are not ironed well, the glass on the window has marks everywhere n has not been cleaned. Coming to service - food is never served on time. The buffet lunch - parotta finally arrived at 1.45 pm, the tea which they say begins at 4.30 was finally ready at 4.55. Since it's been pouring, i asked for umbrellas thrice n the umbrellas never arrived. I was told they do not have room service since there are too many guests. Overall this is just not the experience I was looking to have on a holiday.

Très bon hôtel, l'environnement est magnifique et soigné (un bassin fleuri dans un jardin luxuriant avec plusieurs variétés de palmiers), et surtout une plage merveilleuse toute proche. Bon restaurant également, avec une hôtesse charmante.

Had a good experience at the spa. Mrs Bindu gave a great rejuvenating kerala massage. It was the best. Will definitely come back again for the spa.

Bindu and Abhijith took care of us very well. Cleanliness, customer service as well as the quality of Ayurvedic treatments were world class. Highly recommend this experience to complete your visit to Kerala.

It was great experience with the location being on the beach. The staff is extremely warm , right from the front desk, restaurant staff, security and house keeping. They took care of our every small detail

We had a great stay at this resort, despite the heavy rains. The staff was very courteous and helpful. And would respond quickly to any requests. The property location at the ocean front was the best part. The accommodations were well kept and clean. The restaurant staff was very good and accommodating and even made food for us beyond the menu. Im also glad I chose to book a massage appointment with the in-house spa. My masseuse Bindu was amazing and very respectful. It was my first time having an Ayurvedic massage and it was a wonderful experience. All in all it was a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property.
