The location of the property is amazing and the room sizes are generous. However the quality of service and maintenance of the property is really poor. The TT room also has all the soiled sheets dumped on the floor, the toilet seat is stained terribly n old, the sheets are not ironed well, the glass on the window has marks everywhere n has not been cleaned. Coming to service - food is never served on time. The buffet lunch - parotta finally arrived at 1.45 pm, the tea which they say begins at 4.30 was finally ready at 4.55. Since it's been pouring, i asked for umbrellas thrice n the umbrellas never arrived. I was told they do not have room service since there are too many guests. Overall this is just not the experience I was looking to have on a holiday.

Très bon hôtel, l'environnement est magnifique et soigné (un bassin fleuri dans un jardin luxuriant avec plusieurs variétés de palmiers), et surtout une plage merveilleuse toute proche. Bon restaurant également, avec une hôtesse charmante.

The resort staff were extremely kind and courteous. They made the vacation relaxing by serving us the best hospitality. Food was delicious and always served wherever we requested. Bindu from the spa suggested and provided the best massage service suited to our need.

Excellent service with great food and activities. Went with my family and am really happy with the option. Food was incredible with various option including the Kerala style dinner and buffet for breakfast. Great option if you are looking for a private beach resort. The resort is really worth every penny.

I visited on my daughter's birthday on 28th June 2025. I had just casually mentioned the occasion, but to my surprise, they went above and beyond — fully decorating the room and even arranging a beautiful, delicious cake. It was truly overwhelming and heartwarming. The rooms were impeccably maintained, and the ambience by the seashore was simply breathtaking. This is undoubtedly a must-visit destination for anyone looking to relax and unwind in a serene, picturesque setting. Simply awesome 💕💕 The staffs were very friendly and cooperative. Could enjoy the beautiful spa too.

The location of the resort is its biggest highlight, offering scenic surroundings. While the property feels a little old, it seems they have newer rooms as well. The food was average, but the high tea was enjoyable. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful, especially Rethish. He guided us to the nearby tourist spots and even went the extra mile to help us find a Theyyam performance in the surrounding villages. Unfortunately, due to time restrictions, we couldn’t attend. Overall, a pleasant experience!
