Das Hotel hatte eine super Atmosphäre und so konnten wir uns als Touristen sehr wohl fühlen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, was uns bei jeglichen Bedürfnissen unterstützte. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich mit tollem Blick.

Un nouvel hôtel dans un immeuble dédié aux grossistes de vêtements branchés (avec accessoirement un cabinet dentaire), c est actuellement une perle dans cette ville peu touristique. Chambre impeccable, confort maximal wifi, tv, tablette Google ! Etc... Service et accueil excellents et pt déj sur le rooftop a l air... Un muezzin officie le matin tôt à la mosquée voisine, sinon c est très calme car en retrait de la grand rue..

I really enjoyed my time here. I stayed in Kasaragod to visit some friends and this hotel was the perfekt place to come back to at night and have breakfast. We had wonderful typical breakfast from this region on an awesome roof top terrace. The beds were very comfortable and the staff also super nice!

The hotel is not having its own building or kitchen. It is situated on t a shopping complex, and hence there is no lobby. The breakfast, they buy from outside and provide. But the spread is very limited. However the rooms are new and nice with modern facilities. The room service was prompt and helpful. The front office staff were also nice.

Hotel in a commercial complex and not having any amenities. Very small rooms even the shower is not working properly. Untrained room boys and they are helpless. Breakfast prepared from somewhere and serving non hygienically. The rates you charged are very high and the it is not matching with customer expectations. Please clearly specify about the facilities/amenities available from your end so that you can ensure our dependency in future. The same day i reported all details through make my trip watts-app but no calls or contacts we received as expected from you.

Amazing hotel stay. We were upgraded to suite room. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The owner is based abroad, however he has ensured the room is built with good quality and tech savvy amenities. Provided with Google tab, Netflix connection, air-conditioning, ai fan, even had parking for electric cars. One of the best stay in kasargod.

The room was clean and well laid out but the ac was not working. The bath fittings were broken and there was no hot running water. There was no inhouse kitchen. The breakfast promised was being bought in limited quantities from viceroy restaurant which meant that the eggs, idli vada and even the tea was cold. The staff were young untrained kids who had a remote manager

This accommodation is spacious and modern. It is away from the noise and crowd andvwithin a short ride from the city centre, railway station and shops. Staff are courteous and enthusiastic. Amenities in the room are modern. Reception can arrange local tours such as fort, beach and other attractions. Great value for money.
