Zamek Karpniki Schloss Fischbach

Wij verbleven er 3 nachten , alles is er super het personeel , het uitgebreid ontbijt en het restaurant. Het is heerlijk relaxen in de spa en de jacuzzi buiten. Ook het internet is overal bereikbaar. De kamers zijn mooi ingericht en in de badkamer is alles aanwezig, de kamer is ook snel te verwarmen.

Wunderschönes Schlosshotel sehr schön restauriert und mit viel Charme inclusive quitschender Stufen antiker Dekoration super netten Mitarbeitern-grandioser Küche Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein aber fein-ein paar mehr Liegen im Ruhebereich wären toll da sind nur vier bei voller Belegung zu wenig. Und eventuell ein paar Blümchen auf den Tischen und im Schloss wären noch schön aber das ist eigentlich meckern auf hohem Niveau. Ansonsten war es traumhaft schön und wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.

At 5:30pm I booked a restaurant table by phone at Hotel Zamek Karpniki for 7:30pm which was confirmed. Arriving at the location two hours later, I was told that paying was only possible by cash. The credit card system had been down all day and would only be restored the next morning. Although my telephone number is not hidden, the lady at the reception said that it had been impossible to reach me once she noticed that the payment issues had not been passed on to me during the reservation's call. Upon my question whether I could wire the amount to the restaurant's bank account the answers was no. The lady did not invite us to enjoy the restaurant that night and to pay the next day, nor did she inquire whether she could at least reserve a table for another time. The only help I got was the information that the next ATM would be some 13km away - and even for that information I had to ask her. Complete service failure! For a self-proclaimed luxury hotel the experience was very bad, indeed. High-end means solving problems and not creating them. But first of all it means respect for the customer. My wife and I were treated like potential thieves. There was no trust although it was the restaurant that had failed on us. That evening, we went to Palac Lomnica and enjoyed as usual a very nice service and very good food.

As usual, a perfect stay at a perfect place! We discovered Zamek Karpniki in August 2015 and have been returning there many times since. We love the ambience, we love the crew, we love the interior, we love the views, we love the food, we love the rooms, we love the spa, we love the courtyard and lazy moments spent there. You can expect peace and quiet when you come to Zamek Karpniki and other guests will be grateful if you also behave peacefully and quietly. It's a shelter from the busy world and we love it this way. The only suggestion: Zamek Karpniki should not be open to the public. It was good to see the dogs, the cats and now the ponies there. We'll come back as soon as we can, that's a promise!

My experience at this hotel was disappointing from the start. The receptionist during check-in was incredibly rude, offering no information about the castle and dismissively suggesting I read online. When I asked about the premises, her response was a curt "go and explore." To top it off, our reserved room with a double bed turned into separate beds. Despite requesting a change, she initially refused until I insisted on speaking to the manager, and suddenly a different room became available. Overall, the service left a bad impression in a supposedly luxurious property. It's disheartening that the management tolerates such rude staff.

Just WOW - to stay in such a fantastic castle - touching history was an amazing experience. The decor, the staff, facilities and location were simply amazing. I was travelling by horse and carriage and it was a fabulous end to the trip. Amazing food, location and a spa
