It was a great experience in staying at the royal paradise hotel, the rooms are really big and super clean, everything is so nice you get a big window for the outside view and the best part is there are so many options for food like sagar ratna, kfc and one local restaurant named shahzi which really good.

Property is located at excellent location, food quality is good and i stayed with my parents and kid so overall safe to stay here but only one thing i experienced bad that i requested for late check out for 1 hr and even in hotel, rooms are available and they allowed also but behaved rude especially mr prince at front office. While checking out he was saying why should we give extra time and all, i ignored it as i don't have time to argue with him but you can ignore him when your hotel food and quality are excellent so overall 4* rating to hotel and 0 rating to front office.

We had a delightful stay at the hotel. The owners' cordiality made us feel truly welcome, and their attention to detail, especially for families with kids, was exceptional. Highly recommend!

The overall experience at the hotel is good due to its convenient location and parking space. The rooms are good with good mattress and fresh linen. Breakfast needs to be improved as the presentation is not impressive.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Europe. Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better.

My booking included breakfast and dinner and the food was awesome. I would suggest you to book with dinner as there are no options in the walkable vicinity. Their service will certainly be 5 * quality.

The service was top-notch—every member of the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. I highly recommend Hotel Amora for anyone seeking a memorable and luxurious stay. It truly exceeded all my expectations.

I had been there with my entire family for my bro's wedding. Honestly speaking, I didn't realize at 1st that we were being 'chained' by the owners with their many restrictions because I haven't stayed outside like this anytime in my life but after coming back home and thinking back on what happened, I am soo noy satisfied with the stay. 1st of all, the lady isn't hospitable at allll. She had the nerve to talk down about our own family member in front of us when we had a complaint against their management. She didn't even budge when two of her dogs went running behind my lil' nephew who was horror struck for a while when that happened. And to think that they would lack the humanity to not even let my sister to feed her baby when it was crying so badly and to stop the water supply for us evevn before we could completely check out [some of us were still having out lunch then], and to not let us use washrooms and we had to go ask them for permission to use it, leaves a reallyy very bad taste in my memory now. ＞__＜ There are many more things which didn't go down well at alll for soo many of my family members and none of us was pleased with the treatment we got there.

If you are in Karnal, this is the best property for you to stay in. You may find a better facility in Karnal but you will not find better hospitality anywhere else. We visited Karnal for my son's tennis tournament in January 2022. It was my first time there and i must say Gopinath was the right choice. I stayed in Leela Grande initially but had to shift to Gopinath as the heater in Leela grande was not upto the mark and it was around 5-6 degree temperature. Gopinath had the best rooms with heater facilities and their rates were quite competitive. The best part of hospitality of the owner Mr. Ashok Kapoor. He was very friendly and made sure that my son gets the best food experience of Karnal. He himself made sure to suggest us the best cooked food there. My son still remembers their aaloo pyaz, paneer paratha and chole. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Karnal.

RRkRoadieThe location of hotel is on the main road. It seems there are always some ceremonies and functions going in this hotel hence the inside parking is full and so is the outside parking on the road. The security tries his best to accommodate your vehicle in lot. The staff at reception was not that polite. I need to ask twice for a by who can carry my luggage from car to my room. The rooms are spacious and linens were clean. The washrooms are clean with running hot water 24x7. They do have their own restaurant which has food cost on higher side. There is no other food option available outside this hotel. We went some 2Kms away in ”Bikaneri Bhojnalay” and had our food. The hotel seemed to be bit costly when compared with other hotels of similar standard. It is good only for transit stay for travelers who are accompanied with family. Recommendation to hotel: 1) Please keep some dedicated parking space (inside gate) free for guest who are staying in your hotel. It feels unsafe to park on main road though your security is present.
