The host is really rude and made us feel uncomfortable! He was going in and out of the property without informing us, called us at 3 in the morning which is unacceptable and complained about the music at 20:50. It is a shame because the house is actually very nice. Don’t go there, this man will ruin your stay!

We spent а night in Iliikova house in June. This is the best guest house we have visited not only in Bulgaria. The perfect cleanliness, the comfort, the silence, the nature around, the small accents in the room, the bathroom and the yard, and last but not least the hospitality of the owner contributed to feeling wonderful there. Thank you!

This is the cleanest house I have seen and stayed in. Ever. It was a last minute reservation, passing through the town of Kalofer. The owner was very polite and accommodating. The house itself is located on a hill and has an amazing view. Garden is beautiful. Apartment on the 2nd floor is well designed and has a fabulous kitchen. Bed is very comfortable, pillows are absolutely perfect and the bed sheets smell phenomenal. I found out the owner is a great cook and a photographer. Gives tins of advise and recommendations of daily trips and hidden places. A family of 4 could easily spend a week and feel welcomed and well taken care of.
