Hotel is good. Good location. Quite and peace. Only things..is hot water usage is limited. You cant bath even 5 minutes. Hot water become cold again while bath. They should use centralised hot water system. Other than this issue, all.is.good. staff very polite and humble. Clean and nead.

Very good budget hotel near dal lake hardly 2 minutes walk from hotel, very reasonable charge and quite good hotel, staff are very friendly, we can order food from outside no issues
