行李員人很好，從入住到退房都給了我很多幫助。但前台小伙子卻取笑他，說他沒有能力在飯店工作。在客人面前取笑他的朋友，一點也不專業。前台工作人員有鬍鬚和鬍子。當我們拿他的同事、行李員開玩笑的時候，我很想捏一下他的臉。向表現冷靜並且不招待他的行李員表示讚賞。他專注於自己的工作，幫助我叫到 Uber，並把我的行李送到 Uber。

During my recent stay at the hotel, I booked a deluxe suite with high expectations. However, I encountered an issue with the electric kettle provided in the room. The wire was surprisingly short and didn't even reach the outlet, making it nearly impossible to use. This was somewhat disappointing, as I had hoped for better attention to detail in a deluxe suite. On the bright side, the room itself was quite spacious, and I loved the breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the large bathroom and comfortable beds. The service provided by the hotel staff was average, falling somewhere between bad and exceptional. Additionally, I found the prices for amenities and services to be higher than what I had anticipated. Nevertheless, despite these minor drawbacks, I must say that I still had a rather pleasant stay overall. The positive aspects of the spacious room and comfortable beds, coupled with the decent service, managed to outweigh the negative points. I would consider staying there again, but I would hope that the hotel takes note of these small details to ensure an even more enjoyable experience for their guests in the future.

Hotel mit einem unfreundlichen Personal und null Wohlfühlfaktor. Zimmer einigermaßen ok aber ansonsten einfach nicht zu empfehlen. War mit meiner Frau in diesem Hotel. Bei einer Zimmerrate von 125 US Dollar, kann ich nur sagen, dass dies in keinem Verhältnis zur Leistung steht

I visited their SPA for a full body massage. There were 4 staff members present and all of them were very pleasant and friendly but not that attractive all of them were a bit chubby to fat. I was expecting smart attractive girls with hot figures for a five star hotel. Not worth the money and extra tipping (wink). Anyways planning on trying PC or Marriott SPA next.
