"The apartment itself was nice and modern, however there was a serious issue with pricing. Upon arrival, we were hit with a hidden €215 “final cleaning” fee that was not clearly disclosed when we booked (it was only mentioned in fine print and not included in the total price shown). This fee significantly increased the cost of our 2-night stay – by almost 35% more than what we expected to pay. I find this practice extremely non-transparent and unfair to guests. Both the hotel and the booking site refused to refund the charge, so I want to warn others to be aware of this hefty hidden fee."

"Well-equipped, modern, and clean apartment with a wonderful living room. It has two couches, one of which can be converted into a comfortable double bed. The view from both the living room and balcony is fantastic, overlooking Kaprun and the Kitzsteinhorn. The location is just outside the center—peaceful and quiet—yet very convenient, with a supermarket around the corner offering freshly baked bread in the morning. Ski shoe heaters and Ski storage in the basement, for a perfect start of the day. The apartment Building 10 (10.3) was equipped with a dishwasher and laundry machine, that really saved the day! The only remark, it's a bit of a walk to the ski lifts, about 800 meters, therefore we will rent a heated locker next to the ski lift next time."

"We stayed at this hotel for a weekend in summer. Fast check-in, friendly staff, Sommerkarte (enables free entrance for various activities in the area) was included and given to us upon arrival. The room was modern and nicely done, we had a small one with a balcony but since we only traveled as a couple, it was large enough. No noise from the public areas or other rooms, which is a plus. Small pool on the roof and a larger one in the in-door wellness area, which also includes couple variants of sauna. The pool and the wellness is of very solid quality, albeit rather small. The restaurant for breakfasts and dinners is impressive. Nice interior, very good selection of food and the quality and taste was really high in most cases. Some drinks are paid separately and not included in the price, such as cocktails. Overall, this accomodation can be recommended and has a very high standard comparable to more expensive hotels."

"It was a great stay and after beeing in Kaprun 10+ times already, I have to say that me, my wife and our children have found Art Apart Nomay the best appartment accomodation in Kaprun. The appartment is nice designed, spatious and more than well-equippend - there are also such things as e.g. electrical mixer which is only very rarely available in appartment accomodations. What I have to express, is the cleanliness of the accomodation - my wife, who is hard to please about cleanliness, rates it 11 out of 10. The accomodation is located near centre of Kaprun, and just 2 minutes walk to skibus stop. Last but not least - the owners are friendly, willing and really helpful."

"We stayed as a family of five and were very happy here. Our three children had a bed each in the second room so no one had to sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge. There was a lovely spacious living room / kitchenette that made cooking and eating together very enjoyable. The supermarket in town is great with a huge selection and only a 5 minute walk away. The ski locker was fine with plenty of space for multiple families to don boots etc. There is a great sauna that was very welcome after a good days skiing. The bus to the main ski area is an easy 2 minute walk. You can walk to Kaprun centre in ski boots in perhaps 10minutes. The apartment was cleaned and prepared every day. Staff all super friendly and super helpful. There was a balcony on two side of the apartment with lovely views, although on this trip it was more useful as an outside beer chiller. Fab place. Would recommend."

"The exact name of the premise is "Luxury Chalets & Style Suites" and we booked one night in their Suite. The whole property and a room was definitely far from being titled "Style" or "Luxury". most annoying was the smell in the room when entering, and few cleaning deficiencies, like cobweb in the bathroom, uncleaned bedding sheets, etc. Rather arogant receptionist gave us a spray to apply to fix the smell, cool! BTW, the suite house was literary embedded into a tiny space between other neighbouring buildings therefore whatever room side you had, you always faced the view to a couple meters distant wall."
