I stayed for a night here, the hotel needs a lot of maintenance and hygiene.

No sea facing rooms. Rooms are good. Little bit overpriced.

Hotel meraviglioso! Camere ampie pulitissime arredate con gusto,dotate di ogni confort. A due passi dal centro, colazione ottima, il ristorante veramente squisito serve piatti originali, materia prima eccellente, personale gentilissimo e cordiale! Numero Uno in Tamil Nadu!

The hotel was clean with welcoming front desk staff. The restaurant served delicious food and they kept the pool open late for us. The location was unbeatable. You are right in the center of everything, but it feels quiet and safe and worlds away from the chaos on the street.

This is one of the worst establishments that we have ever stayed in. I wouldn't even call it a motel, forget about calling it a resort. We had booked 4 rooms as we were a group of friends traveling. The bathroom drains were clogged and even after asking 4 times to the hospitality team to get it unclogged, they did not act on it. There were no amenities in the room. The conditions of the rooms were just horrible.

The rooms are in bad condition. The electricity frequently tripped overnight causing the aircond to off. Each time need to wake up to restart the aircond disturbo g whole night sleep. The water heater was not working. The savage system damaged causing foul smell in toilet and backflow

Location, room stay and food all are excellent. The rooms are neat and well ventilated for sunlight. Sunrise and sunset also can be viewed from this hotel on the roof top. It’s near to the point. I stayed one day with my family and I love to choose this hotel again for stay.

This hotel is as close to the sea as it’s possible. It is an ideal location to view Sunrise and Sunset at the most southern tip of India. The hotel facilities are very good. Maybe the hotel looks a little tired but it suited our needs very well. Meals were very good and food was served piping hot which was great. There was a misunderstanding regarding serving alcohol at dinner time. We were not able to purchase a beer in the main restaurant, we could buy a beer at the bar. We didn’t realise you could also have the same meals in the bar area. We only understood this after finishing our meal with a lime soda. Maybe a better explanation would have helped us. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. There a swimming pool, gymnasium and nice garden and the hotel also has a good spa facility for various trea**ents. I rate this hotel excellent overall
