美國長住公寓式飯店 - 堪薩斯城 - 機場

We should have stayed elsewhere. My friend and I were staying for a con at the KC Expo Center. Just don't. The night shift guy that checked us in, only checked our door keys for one night so we were locked out of our room and we had full arms around noon to come back to our room. If you like jerry springer, there was people arguing in the hallways when we were trying to take a nap. Our room had the most disgusting tub. You clearly could tell construction guys stayed there. There was black stains from grease and dirt on the back of the door and all in the tub. We had to go to target to get cheap flip flops as we were so grossed out by the tub and more pillows. When we were checking in, the manager wouldn't give us anymore pillows as we overheard him telling the night shift staff no. The breakfast is a joke, its nuti-grain bars, muffins, oatmeal that you make with hot water from the coffee machine. There isn't milk as my friend was looking for it to make oatmeal but didn't as it was only hot water. We thankfully had leftover pizza from the night before. Just stay at the expo center hotel and pay for breakfast to not deal with this.

エアポートホテルとはいえ、空港から（まで）のアクセスがなく結局Uberを頼まなくてはいけなくて宿は周りより安かったけど、総合的には高くついたので、ホテルの情報として無料シャトルの有無など明確にした方が良いと思いました。Uberの運転手さんが隣のマリオットからは無料送迎シャトルが出てるから、そっちから乗るといいよと親切に教えてくれたけど、大荷物を持って道を渡るわけにもいかず、Uberだけが頼りとなる宿だったので、車など足がない人には不向きの場所です。 夜９時頃に到着したが、宿にはもちろんのこと、周りに食べるところが一切なく食事なしで夜を過ごした。

I showed up, they said they had no available staff when they say they are 24 hour check in. They said I had to call to get a refund from the company I reserved with and I had to go find another hotel which inconvenienced me heavily!!

Great place to stay great. Great staff.All willing to help very clean rooms and beds comfortable.Beds. Best place to stay for the price.If you gotta do any business in kansas city.

There was two roaches in my room. I am at the state was great. In the front desk attendant was great. Nathan did great handling this situation. His professionalism would actually make me come back and stay again.

MY FAVORITE THING WAS THE STAFF. WONDERFUL CREW. This is a humble but clean and functional hotel. Which was perfect for me. Everything works and the internet is pretty decent.

Mein Zimmer und mein Badezimmer war sehr sauber. Das Bett bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich komme gerne wieder.
