Nice hotel for the price I paid the pool and the hot tub were closed, but other than that a nice hotel.

The entire place is under construction. No morning breakfast, no pool, no safe hallway or elevator or any other common area. There wasn’t even a lobby. There was a temporary front desk set up. I attempted to tour the room and before I checked in and the hallway had light fixtures hanging from the ceiling and drywall over the floor. The elevator was covered in drywall dust and paint. Plastic coverings everywhere. I couldn’t stay with my dog or my sister who recently had lung surgery. I was charged for the entire stay and contesting the charges. None of this was disclosed prior to my arrival and I did not authorize the charge.

unbenknownst to me, the hotel is going through an extensive renovation. mattresses all over the place in the back, sawdust, drywall dust all around. nothing more than a bottle of water as an amenity. the conditioner and soap containers in the bathroom were empty, the iron was rusted and ended up staining my shirt. the lady at the front desk was very nice and kind and let me check in early. for that, i am grateful . this hotel SHOULD NOT be offered to the public without a clear notice about its renovation.

Clean room, heating and cooling was great. Shower drain was slow. Smoke alarm went started chirping in the middle of the night, took off and removed battery. We didn’t want to call anyone at 1 am. Left a note for staff. All in all it was an enjoyable stay.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was under renovation, which I wish I had known before I booked. I saw that there had been black mold on the walls where plastic was hung up to semi block off hallways. I’m assuming that was at least part of the reason for the renovations

There was no heat in tje room. Never told about remodel. Hear probably didnt work because of remodel. A refund should be expected My wife and I left after 1 hour. Terrible experience

in late February 2026 when I stayed, this hotel was undergoing renovations. There was stuff lying in the hallways, expised wiring, and drywall dust everywhere.

They are remodeling and our room was right next to the construction. We didn’t have tv due to the construction. The staff was very nice. It was very expensive for it being in the condition it was in and not having tv to watch.
