坎普爾Jagannath Temple附近住宿

Booked the hotel through Makemytrip (not good in customer support). 1. extremely bad check-in experience 2. rooms were smelling like sarvajanik toilet 3. staff was not much helpful 4. I am sharing a few photos 5. not good for family stay good for single or couple (few cases) who don't care much about cleaning 6. They will not provide you with toilet paper room locks that are broken and not easy to lock. top of the worst is I booked it with breakfast for a 3-night stay and their staff doesn't even know the basics of booking with breakfast policy and they were asking me to pay the breakfast bill during the checkout (funny). I can put a few staff names but I am not doing it because I will anyways not even think about this incident in the future. I saw all good ratings on trip advisor and I made the decision basis on that, but now I can judge the ratings after my stay there. I will not fool people and putting genuine feedback. the only thing I like about the stay is the food from the restaurant Jo-Hukum else if you are going with your family please please don't book this hotel to stay in. if you are single coming for 1 or few days stay for business or another purpose than this hotel is good for you (even I am managing my company's events and managing the entire team of travel booking of company staff and I will definitely not think about this kind of hotel for our staff to stay. overall, I will not recommend this hotel for a family stay. Pictures attached of our room toilet, Stairs right in front of a room, and stairs adjacent to our second room which was attached to the kitchen.

Fantastic hotel location wise also good hardly near 5-10 min away from the railway station nice rooms and Nice staff Football ground is also one thing that attracts the guest Breakfast was awesome and room rice was also too great . Highly recommended to all of You if you visit kanpur for two to three nights. The deluxe room was also good

This the only choice for me to stay if travelling to Kanpur. The hotel is clean & staffs are family. Everything is good.

Had a wonderful stay there. I am very happy with the service and staff specially Ms Sneha and Mr Nitesh. Loved the food also. I strongly recommended others to come here and feel the wonderful experience.

Excellent experience. At restaurant Shabnam was very generous, nice variety of food. Great ambiance over all. Must visit property in kanpur. Hotel location is also in the heart of the city. 5 mins drive to mall road and Swaroop Nagar. Shopping hub z square Mall is also 5 mins drive from the hotel

It was a pleasant and hassle free stay. The location of this hotel is really good. One thing that i would like to mention is that, they need to inform that the food service contact number has changed.

sicherlich eines der besten Hotels hier. Es soll ca. 5 Jahre alt sein. Indien ist oft laut, die Straße mit dem Haupteingang, auch bei Feiern im Hotel, am Frühstück oft Fernsehen und Lausprecher parallel. Das Frühstück ist normalerweise für jeden was, aber wenig Fleisch. Die Hotelküche abends ist gut, Hotelgäste bekommen einen Rabatt. In den Zimmern sind die Klimaanlagen an und zu laut, oder aus.. und es wird schnelll zu warm. Ein Deckenventilator lässt sich auf langsam regeln. Es gibt einen kleinen Fitnessraum, und einen Pool, der aber dreckig wirkt. Es gibt immer wieder kurze Strom Unterbrechungen, das Internet ist überall in Kanpur recht instabil.

Hotel located at city centre and very near to rave 3 mall. Hotel front/reception ambiance was good. I booked executive room (old wing) which was not up to the mark, old rooms, expensive, whole night ac was creating problem, getting off itself. Service phone was also not working so very difficult to raise complaint at reception. Rooms were also far from main building so impossible to go to reception at night. Overall experience was not good at all. Best part of this hotel was restaurant staff behaviour only. They were serving buffet breakfast in restaurant and limited variety not such great. Hotel pool was also not working.
