The room and service was beyond my expectations. Very generous staff. My checkout with Bhoomika was very prompt and hassle free. Definitely recommend

The stay was very comfortable and nice at Regenta for 2 days. Everyone from Reception area (Ms. Bhoomika) to room service to housekeeping was polite and helpful. I didn’t face any possible issues here, hygiene was also on point. Book your stay here if you’re visiting Kanpur. My personal recommendation!

I stayed here for 2 nights in March. And as it was a business trip so wasn't able to experience this Hotel much but enjoyed my stay. I should admit that this is one of the best Hotel in Kanpur. And thanks to the ***agement as the GM there who have recently joined there is very active(forgetting his name though) and he spend some time with me to explain about the Hotel and his experience. The best thing we liked about the Hotel is the courteousness of the Team. They are willing to do everything possible to make the stay comfortable. Our Room was spacious and beautiful. Very peaceful. The only downside was that Room needs a little makeover and also the Hotel surroundings. The food was good and the service was also good. Will surely come back to stay at this hotel in Kanpur as I visits sometimes to Kanpur. Just one suggestion to the ***agement as I have given the same to the GM too, that this hotel should have a addition of the Wellness Spa as Kanpur is having very less good option for the Spa.

Hospitality was very good, room ambience was nice , in breakfast there were lots of healthy items specially Soaked fennel water, ajwain water I have never seen in any hotel b/f before in my entire life. Food was also very delicious. Cleanness was priority

Tha hotel is very beautiful, the atmosphere here and the staff here are very good and helpful,my check in and check out also happened very smoothly, the reception team was very humble. Over all we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come again..

Bed quality was not good couldn't able to rest throughout then saty , service staff was polite but lack of knowledge for food and beverage staff doesn't aware about food and drinks overall being a 4 star hotel doesn't not offered much as it was bit pricy

Very good place to stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Wait staff at restaurant is very attentive. The breakfast is great with good variety. Fruits are fresh and menu changes . The staff are very helpful and courteous. Had a good experience and would stay again
