The stay was good. cleanliness, staff courtesy, service from the hotel side was of top notch. The location is near to payyambalam Beach. Toilet Hygiene was good . Parking facility is available. Suitable for family and Friends.

The stay is average, the rooms were not cleaned the toilet bin was not taken away and the stay is little expensive . Not upto the ratings

We had the best stay in kannur . Service was top notch .Location was also best and they had the best amenities .Overall we will definitely stay next time in Benale

The hotel is very different frm the pics and is very average. Food s also very average. The location is good.

tThs hotel is good, some suggestions are being put forward as below
stay was average, not much comfortable. Food also not so good to enjoy, there was no mineral water, no shaving set, the towel and blankets need much improvement in standards. Hotel can look at these areas and improve the deficiencies. Location is ok

The Hotel restraunt was good but the room is highly due for a maintenance and a dining table to have food should have been there and the bedsheets had stains and those should have been replaced. The room floors was not cleaned properly as there was dust.
