Well maintained rooms. The buffet breakfast was good it includes chicken, fruits and many more varieties. The property has cafe lounge.

A great place to stay with family. Welcoming staff and spacious room and so is the bathroom. Delicious food. Breakfast spread was also fine. They do have parking in basement for Guests. Will highly recommend this hotel and might visit again.

Room was spacious. Staff were cordial. Stay was very homely. Receptionist ms jisha was very helpful and gave us valuable direction for local tour.

The accommodation was very good. The rooms were very neat and well kept. The staff were helpful. The breakfast spread was also good even though it was complementary. The hotel is situated near the railway station and in the heart of the city. Good for people travel-ling with family. We stayed here when we were going to mookambika

Good room size, clean bathroom and good service. Decent breakfast but not much. Gym is for namesake not that great. Location is perfect with lot of parking space.

Ambience in room was pathetic and no hot water. Towels was not clean and dental kit provided was substandard quality. No conditioner kept inside the wash room. The room service does not have liquor especially beer. Overall experience was not satisfactory except the food in restaurant. The room seems to be very small and quilt was very thin. Value for money is not satisfactory. I could hear lot of sound outside the room and most of the time cots are being shifted even at 6am in the morning. Pathetic experience.

We had an overnight stay at benale, the check in was quick as we had made an booking, helped ourselves with the luggage to the room. The room we stayed in was an ok one, however running hot water at around 11pm helped us relax after the kind of travel we've had. Beds are cosy, aircon & fan ran as expected. Okiesh bathroom with towels and some toiletries. The door nobs are a bit tricky at times. We opted for breakfast which had a decent spread of food both english & local dishes. The front desk person was helpful during check out process too making it a hassle-free one. Since this property is in the town area it's easier to just step out and visit places. Overall a good experience!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
