The place is amazing and the hospitality is excellent. They really take care of the guests looking at the smallest details to make you feel special. There was a staff called Guddu in the restaurant who would to any extent to make you feel comfortable

I have stayed there for three days, two nights with my family, starting on November 17th to November 19th. I chose club room in this resort, and they truly made our trip. The hospitality was amazing, and the location was beautiful with snowy mountains around the property. They have a heated swimming pool, and the welcome gesture was wonderful. They welcomed you with open arms, offered diyas, and followed Hindu traditions when you enter the property. It touches a lot if you are devotional. When you entered the property, you feel good because the rooms are cozy & heated, with a huge balcony and good sitting space. Every corner of the property was neat and clean. The staff was very helpful, and the food was awesome especially the cheesy masla dosa. I would also like to thank all the Justa Birding staff, and workers for making our birthday trip memorable and for all the arranged for us. We would love to visit again.
