We had an amazing time at this resort. We stayed at the serenity cottage, which has the best mountainview. Also we could see all kinds of birds, squirrels and monkeys from our bed! There is also a nice seating area, with a nice view. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner to a very reasonable price. The food is well prepared and they provide a lot of options (also several vegeterian options). The people are very nice, kind and polite. Yohan and Harry made sure we had everything we wished for! They were always present at the reception to help you. Thank you so much for that! Staying at this resort was wonderful! Tip: try their tea, its amazing!

Самое красивое место, в котором мы останавливались на Шри Ланке! Невероятной красоты природа! Мы жили в номере с видом на горную реку с панорамным окном, было потрясающе наблюдать рассветы. Территория отеля ухоженная, уютная, номер чистый и просторный.За такую цену не ожидали, что номер и отель будут такими классными. На территории отеля есть ресторанчик, в котором можно вкусно поесть, любуясь на природу. Это идеальное место для спокойного отдыха. От отеля можно спуститься до горной реки и искупаться, подняться на гору и посмотреть с высоты на соседние вершины и долины или проехать до водопада на автобусе. Также нам организовывали трансфер до башни Ambuluwawa. Мы в восторге от этого места! Заедем еще раз, если будем на Шри Ланке!

Das kleine Resort liegt etwas versteckt mitten in den Tee-Plantagen nahe Nawalapitiya. Per Taxi kann man es in 4 Stunden vom Flughafen Bandaranaike erreichen. Zimmer/Bungalow Die grosszügigen Bungalows sind in kolonialem Stil eingerichtet. Wir haben einen sehr sauberen Bungalow bezogen. Man muss sich bewusst sein dass das Resort mitten in der Natur steht, und dass sich durch kleine Spalten (z.B. unter Türen) im Laufe der Tage und Nächte kleine Besucher in den Bungalow verirren. Wir haben keine gefährlichen Tiere gesehen, und daher hat es uns nicht weiter gestört. Es ist kein täglicher Zimmerservice vorhanden. In der Nacht können durch das grosse Fenster Glühwürmchen beobachtet werden, und am Morgen kann man durch Affen oder Eichhörnchen auf dem Dach geweckt werden. Dies hat uns ebenso gefallen wie der grandiose Ausblick aus dem grossen Panoramafenster in das grüne Tal. Essen Die lokale Küche Sri Lankas haben wir als Vegetarier sehr geschätzt. Aktivitäten Gewünschte Ausflüge zum Adams Peak und mehreren Wasserfällen wurden organisiert, und per Tuktuk ;-) realisiert. Beim Afternoon-Tea wurde uns der neue noch im Bau befindliche luxuriöse Hauszelt-Prototyp vorgestellt. Die Tee Fabrik hat uns spontan eine private Besichtigung ermöglicht, und verkauft fantastischen Tee. Liebhaber werden auf ihre Kosten kommen. Allgemein Manager, Koch und ihr Team waren sehr gastfreundlich und sind auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.
Wofür steht der Zusatz „& Spa“? Es gibt einen Pool, der jedoch sehr vernachlässigt scheint. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Hotel Avec environnement sympa mais ! mais il n y a rien a faire dans les environs' ni dans hotel (à part la fabrique de thé a visiter ).De plus il est très difficile accès. Pas d accès wifi. Chambre en contre bas de la route donc très bruyante. Très déçue

Team members are kind and helpful but they really need proper training about discipline, customer service and how to care customers. we can see nice selling point in the website but most of the things not real. when I make booking I mentioned villa with pool however I was surprised when I see and pool (see the picture). there are no spa or anything related to wellness. room ok with price , need more privacy. breakfast menu has mentioned “Please feel free to ask our staff more details about these popular Sri Lankan delicacies if you wish to try traditional Sri Lankan cuisine for breakfast” how ever when i try to give advice Oder for Sri Lanka breakfast they mentioned can have only roti or English breakfast.

We fell in love with the hotel immediately as soon as we witnessed the amazing view from the dinning area as well from the room. We had never experienced anything like it before as we saw the sunrise from our very own bed! It was truly an amazing experience. The room was quite spacious and had the usual amenities. Excellent staff and food was quite decent. The hotel was under construction at the time we visited, therefore, it wasn't the best when it came to cleanliness. We are sure, it would be the perfect get-a-way once the construction work is complete. The hotel is in close proximity to Kadiyanlena waterfall and Monaragala rock.

Stayed at the Greenwood Villa full board with my family. What we experienced there was totally different from what we had expected by seeing the advertisements and the web site. It was noticed at the first sight that the balconies and the floors are not well cleaned, may be not cleaned for months I guess. Bed linen were not smelling fresh and they were changed after complaining. Water supply to the bathroom was not consistent, however after complaining they managed to rectify the water supply after struggling for almost one hour. It was noted that toilet commode was not cleaned well. Tap handle of the wash room out of order. In the night, bathroom is occupied by cockroaches and mice make noises in the bed room ceiling. Best of all, I found a tick on the pillow, removed it and prayed not to have more. Even the tea pot was found "not cleaned" after its previous use and sadly, we found "no sugar" in the sugar bottle. Regarding the food, there were minimum options so had limited choices to select from. Overall, too much carelessness on the sanitation, maintenance and quality. Not recommended as not worth for money and tiredness of travelling so far to have such poor facilities.

Die Bungalows sind unglaublich modern, das Essen ist superlecker und die Lage perfekt. Als Entspannungsmoment in einer manchmal hektischen Reise perfekt! Die Massage war sehr effektiv, wenn auch noch Tage später ein bisschen schmerzhaft.
