斯里蘭卡價格最高的一間酒店，滿心期待，挺失望的。首先，上山的路有一段是單行道，正好趕上會車，倒車挺危險的。酒店衹有六間房，包早餐晚餐，品種太少，有點吃不飽。而且晚餐及早餐上菜特別慢。當天衹有我們一家中國人，入住的時候找不到人，等了半天。環境很不錯，就是上下山太麻煩，服務一般，酒店氛圍不怎好。不太推薦入住。

酒店集團規模不大但在斯里蘭卡各地設有精品酒店。這家w15位於kandy附近，旁邊有個射擊俱樂部白天會聽到tatata槍聲。 酒店本身不大，一棟住房 一棟主樓。風景的話看着大山，有點江浙滬那種味兒。
早午晚三餐都吃的不錯。活動方面可選擇徒步，騎行，網球或者坐吉普車去登高高。
特別注意的是該酒店渠道價格不一 要認真對比價格

這個酒店管理問題很多：（1）歧視中國客人，我們八月就付款了全款預訂元旦房間，不允許退款，不支持改簽；但是臨入住前兩天突然告訴我們沒房了，把我們安排到半小時以外的King Pavilion ；（2）毫無時間觀念，要求十一點半吃飯，早上點菜，十二點才能吃上；
酒店環境非常好，酒水免費，三餐全包，就是服務太差。

We spent two nights at W15, up in the hills above Kandy. The property is a colonial-style bungalow with superb views and ten guest rooms. It is beautifully presented and all-inclusive, so has the feel of a home rather than a hotel. The staff are very professional and attentive; the rooms are very well appointed and comfortable; the meals are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend it.

We celebrated our 40th anniversary at W15 Hanthana. The location is gorgeous, driving up-the mountain through a spectacular landscape with tea plantations. We have never experienced such an excellent service. The team is just marvellous, thanks to the butlers Hastha, Sheriff (pls dont shoot him), Nanjula, Navod, Prabod and Tharaka. Not to forget pastry chef Nuwan (who made a sensational bread and surprised us with a typical Swiss Sunday Bread, called "Zopf"), Chef Matheesha, Clive, Prasanna and Madushan, and of course also the driver Puvi. Thank you all again to make our stay so memorable, surprising us with a cake on our anniversary. When you are planning to go to Kandy, this is one of the first choice, beeing in a peaceful and quite surrounding and enjoying a top service leaving behind the crowded city of Kandy, which is just 30 minutes away. The hotel was exceptional. The staff was extremely friendly with smiles. So courteous and helpful. We stayed here for 2 nights but could easily stay for longer. The staff and manager advised us on every inquiry we had and helped us decide the best package. The even arranged a romantic dinner over looking the beautiful estate and mountains. Would highly recommend the place for anyone who wants to be really pampered and come closer to nature.

f you are thinking of a place to stay away from the busy Kandy centre then this is the most ideal place. We found it last minute and what a piece of heaven this place it. Nestled high up over looking the valleys and tea plantations this small boutique resort is luxury defined. The former tea planters bungalow offers beautiful and luxurious accommodation. The meals were delicious and there are a number of activities that you can take part in such as an Indians jones tour and a mountain trek. The staff here are some of the best you will find in the whole of Sri-lanka and we loved every minute spent in there company. They had such good humour and made our stay magical. Special mention to Navod, Hasth and Manjula who made our every request possible and to Banuka the resident naturalist who took us on our tours and treks and not to forget taught us how to play croquet. Thank you so much we will certainly be back next year

The hotel in itself is very nice. The staff is overbearing which was a real pity. Once they realized we would not participate in any paying activities , they hovered around us. Normally I have no problem in tipping at the end, but when staff follows into the room when we check out definitely puts me off. Constant reminder that they are leaving and won’t see us again is more than a hint. The breakfast lunch and dinners are preprogrammed and most are very good. What really annoyed was that our driver had to wait at the gate for one hour although the staff knew we were waiting g for him.

Me and my best friend attended this bungalow / hotel for the first 3 nights of our stay. The staff were amazing. So so friendly and just wanted what was best for you. Had your best interests at heart. We had a 4am taxi ready for our day trip and one of the members of staff woke up and came and made us a takeaway breakfast and bottled water so we were set up for our day. Made us a cup of tea at 3:45am. Nothing is too much for them. Our 3 main members of staff that served us and looked after us were Hastha, Manjula and Navod. There were other staff but I didn’t get their names. This hotel is beautiful right at the top of the mountain. They only want what is best for you and look after you like you are royalty. Thankyou and god bless you you are all amazing. I’d recommend this to anybody. Beautiful scenes , a beautiful scene and swimming pool. Beautiful clean room.
