奧克雷瑞晶絲飯店(Oak Ray Regency)

disclaimer : these are my personal experiences ( i don't have photos ) GOOD: the hotel was good and fancy , the best was the balcony view of the river swimming pool was neat and contained less chlorine ( i personally enjoyed ) the breakfast was fancy and good - there is a shop in hotel ( you can visit it ) the gym is average , not recommended can improve some things NOT GOOD : there was no hospitality plus the hotel is not good - toilet's were leaking plus the bathtub was not closing properly the room was smelling bad - the tv does not work properly the room service is delayed / not arriving at all so much renovation is needed at the hotel need to improve

The managent gave is a room with fungi and water leakage of the pool. They knew about this, but nevertheless they hired the room. This attitude of managent towards tourists is criminal. Sorry to call it like this. After serious deabates of hours, we got a different room. Other guests faced similar issues. More rooms were suffering from fungi. In public area’s lekkages were visible from the pool in the roof. Bad, very bad. Dont go there.

Hôtel idéal lorsque vous terminez tard le visite du site du temple situé à 10 mns. Hôtel un peu kitsch de grands espaces un peu tarabiscotés ce qui lui donne un air peu chaleureux. Les chambres sont grandes mais la literie est à revoir Nous étions côté rivière nous avons fermé nos fenêtres … mais les moustiques rentraient par la SDB même en fermant la porte à notre arrivée on a donc été dérangés toute la nuit ! De + la rue proche provoque beaucoup de bruits La vue sur les montagnes est jolie Nous sommes repartis le lendemain matin nous n avons donc pas profité de la piscine Service à table correct mais la nourriture y est de piètre qualité Heureusement que nous n y avons passé qu une nuit

Terrible "standard" double room. The bedroom floor was broken and was covered with a carpet. The mattresses were dated and uneven, didn't get much sleep on those. The washroom cubicle was leaking. No charging ports (USB) Less than average breakfast. Served expired soft drinks. The worst was the attitude of the staff it was as if we were staying for free, and they were doing us a favor they did not take any accountability or ownership of the problems when I spoke to the receptionist about the problems. Met a 2/3 staff who were genuinely trying to do a good job, but the majority lacked training, supervision, and support though there were plenty of managers with red ties around their necks. Horrible place and would not recommend anyone to stay here, Only stayed here cos this was the venue for a musical show.

Recently stayed at Ook Ray with friends and had an amazing experience. The affordable price exceeded expectations, and the staff provided exceptional service. Mr. Hiran's warm welcome and attentive service stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Planning to return with family. Ook Ray offers a memorable stay with outstanding service at a great price. Highly recommended.
