瑞士公寓飯店-康提(Swiss Residence Kandy)

Checkin was easy.... Room was clean and tidy... Washroom was good and spacious with hot water availability... Food was not upto the mark as we expected don't go for set menu in dinner... Order some a la carte from the menu. Breakfast with limited options that too with limited staff to serve on time... Pool available... Lifts available... Nice structure and the way it's built... View from room window is beautiful... Frontdesk is handsome fellow with cute smile...

The room was very spacious with a balcony. There was a bathtub and towels were provided. The food was good but took a little longer to serve at the buffet. There was a nice live group playing at the dinner. The hotel is not very well maintained may be due to cost-cutting. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall good for the price.

We spent 2 nights here in November and it was just perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony Terrance was my favorite. A beautiful view over the streets of Kandy and the view in the morning was our favorite too. We were on half board basis (breakfast/dinner) and it was all so good. dinner was my personal favourite 😂. I don’t usually enjoy hotel food but this was very satisfying. We honestly enjoyed our holiday very much and plan to go back as well 🙏🏼

The room was spacious and the washrooms were clean and a nice bathtub. The breakfast was good and was able to fill our stomach. The lift was little stinky but rest all experience was amazing. The food was also tasty, we tried it for dinner and the quantity was huge.

Personal muy amable y habitacion muy amplia con terraza. Cama extra grande. Sábanas sucias con manchas y habitación vieja y descuidada. Se aviso a recepción de este problema y vinieron rápido a hacer el cambio.

We were a group of 6 and we were the only guests in the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious but hot water wasn't available until our last day. We were served continental breakfast and it was good with fresh fruit, egg, baked beans etc.

1) misleading information . Pictures shows its serving buffet food. After i went there they said only set menus and no selection of food, ( they should inform this prior to booking confirm) also food is not good. 2) pictures shows place is in good shape. But actual building and room bloody old, not maintain well, dirty 3) there is no lift operate from ground floor. So you need to climb every time. If you are old this is really need to consider ( this is also not mentioned on there advert properly) 4) during the power cut they not operate the generator. If there is few bookings they said "generator need a repair" 5) no proper garden, so if you with family pls try to find a another place with more space for children)

Estuvimos dos noches en este hotel. Por fuera esta en obras de manera permanente, no es agradable a la vista ya que esta la piscina alli. El personal fue agradable con nosotros, cabe decir que eramos pocos huespedes. Lo mejor del hotel sin duda fue la habitación a pesar de que necesita algo de mantenimiento, por lo demas habitación 5 estrellas. La comida correcta.

We were so surprised by the poor quality of this place. The only positive point is the staff. Room was. Infested with cockroaches . Nice shower and toilets. Food was less than average. We don’t think we will come back there . Advertised as view on the lake but only view we had was some hills .
