Комфортный отель. понравился персонал и особенно менеджер Suranga, очень приятный человек , заботливый , помогал решить любой возникший вопрос касаемо нашего прибывания в Канди. В Меню ресторана надо добавить вегетарианские блюда).

Wir haben 2 Nächte im Hotel Ru Boutique in Kandy gebracht. Die Stadt hat uns nicht gefallen - das Hotel jedoch umso mehr. Wir haben ein Upgrade in die Suite erhalten, herzlichen Dank nochmals dafür! Das Hotel wird im englischen Stil gehalten und ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Beim Frühstück kann man zwischen verschiedenen á la carte - Optionen wählen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können Ru Boutique auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Hotel localizado en un lugar tranquilo, cerca del centro de Kandy. El camino hacia el centro se puede hacer dando un agradable paseo bordeando un lago. El personal del hotel muy amable. Fue el cumpleaños de una de las viajeras y pusieron un pastel con una velita y el cumpleaños feliz por los altavoces. La sorpresa fue muy bonita. La habitación con vistas al lago una maravilla y la comida abundante y muy buena. Muchísimas gracias a Dylan y a su equipo por el recibimiento.

Visited this place to have breakfast with my friends while we were in Kandy. From the beginning staff had a long face and treated us rudely. No one was welcoming and didn’t had a smile on their faces. We asked one server whether we could arrange the breakfast outside in the garden area. He said they only arrange garden breakfast for foreigners and not locals. How pathetic. Then i kept saying him why can’t you arrange that for locals? With a long face he turned back and went. There were no other guests at the hotel at that time. But they were not even bothered to give a good service for locals. Do not visit this hotel. Food is terrible and the staff even terrible

Exceptionally well-presented boutique hotel located right on Kandy lake. Ideally located to visit all the Kandy sights such as the Royal Botanical Gardens and the Temple of the Tooth. Spotlessly clean throughout the hotel with really large but cozy rooms and complementary fresh fruit and home-baked biscuits. The evening meals were lovely, catered to all our requests and were of great portion size. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, they even put a dining table in the garden for us when we asked if we could eat outdoors. This proved to be a memorable evening as we watched hundreds of fruit bats flying overhead.

A fabulous boutique hotel opposite the lake in Kandy and a 5 minute or so walk into the centre. Beautifully presented, we stayed for two nights, eating in the restaurant which had a good choice of local and international food and a great breakfast. We were upgraded to a spacious suite with a terrace overlooking the lake which had a nice bathroom, a large comfy bed, soft bed linen and complimentary fruit every day. The hotel manager was great - very efficient and welcoming - as were his staff.

Extrem schönes und gut in Stand gehaltenes Hotel. Einzigartige Hoteleinrichtung (alles erinnert an die englische Kolonialzeit, was ich persönlich als etwas beklemmend empfand, aber das gehört vermutlich zum Hotelkonzept) Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal! Affen auf dem Balkon dürfen einen nicht stören ;) ;)

Es un hotel a la orilla del lago, limpio, acogedor, con un restaurante francamente bueno. Kandy es una ciudad a visitar, sin falta, en Sri Lanka. Y el restaurante, la sorpresa más agradable. Tiene un parking amplio, y un jardín muy agradable.
