Good ac, nice parking, new rooms, old building. Water not coming in the morning during bath, rectified after 30 minutes, breakfast was served in the restaurant nearby where there was extraordinary delay in serving. Had to skip the breakfast and run for my work

The check in experience was pathetic. I had to wait for almost 20 minutes to check in. In spite of me showing the payment voucher from make my trip, they said they don’t have a confirmation from mm t and made me call the call centre. Ideally they should have checked the same. Staff behaviour was pathetic and didn’t know how to handle a customer. Restaurant was average. Room service is not available 24/7. To get a tea in the morning you have to wait till 7 am. Overall for a next trip of mine, i may not choose this hotel.

Kids swimming pool area not working, that is the main facility to visit comparing with other resorts, we spent two days for that. But management said (just two hours sir. Just one day sir, next day it will be ready sir) but that facility was not ready when we were checking out. But 11. 45 am they called us to remind that we have to check out at 12pm but no info about swimming pool. After we checked out and brought all our luggages to reception they said swimming pool was ready. My kids very very upset and disappointed and literally started crying.

房間整潔乾淨...度假村是安全,情侶和家庭的最佳場所...食物也不錯😋好吃...工作人員很好,所以親切友好...我有一個小建議改變入住時間,因爲中午2點以後太長了,如果客戶之前到達度假村,請允許他們儘快安排房間... 總體來說不錯不錯...😊😊😊👍👍👍
