Excellent choix d'hôtel. Nous avions un spectacle au Centre Canadian Tire à 15 minutes de voiture. Belle chambre restaurant très correct sur place, piscine, centre d'entrainement, lieu paisible et complet.

I love this hotel , it is very comfortable and in a great location with great services. I was very disappotined with the chek in service. we were told that we could not check in before 4 , when we got there shortly after 4 our room was nto ready. we did get an upgraded room in the end but we were on a tight time line so it caused some stress.

Check in took a bit longer than expected. No ice machines on any floor. Rooms are a bit outdated.
Beds very comfortable and junior suite was large enough to host a small gathering prior to going out for dinner.
Overall good experience.

There aren’t many options nearby for food and the restaurant is expensive. Also the lighting in the bathroom is not great, I had to do my makeup near the window. Other than that it was great.

Had a wonderful stay at The Brookstreet. Staff were very nice and helpful. Property was clean and beautiful. They offered a shuttle to the Canadian Tire Center for a very reasonable small fee which was completely worth it. Will for sure be staying here again for any future games we go to in Ottawa!
