Sehr herzlicher, aufmerksamer Service. Tolle, engagierte und freundliche Mitarbeitende. Sehr saubere und großzügige Zimmer. Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet und vielfältig. Das Schimpansen Tracking war eine grossartige Erfahrung. Selbst in der Lodge waren viele Affenarten hautnah zu sehen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Très peu de monde quand nous y sommes allés . Un service exclusif , grande sympathie du staff qui fait tout pour nous satisfaire . Bon massage . Restaurant de grande qualité / chambre très spacieuse et très propre Recommande pour un séjour à KIBALE

Grosse und sehr schöne Unterkünfte und schöne Anlage. Aussergewöhnlich freundliche Mitarbeiter, die jederzeit für die Gäste da sind. Nach einem Schimpansen Trekking wurden sogar die Schuhe gereinigt. Kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, en het eten is zeer goed verzorgd en divers. Er wordt op de kamer genoeg insectenspray gebruikt zodat je geen tot weinig insecten in je kamer ziet. Er was wel slechts 5 minuten warm water om je te douchen, ook al beweren ze dat het 20 minuten zou zijn. Toilet en algemene hygiene is perfect in orde.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. The accommodations are very comfortable and clean. The shower pressure was great. The laundry service and boot cleaning are excellent. The food is very good (rather copious for us personally, so we would share an appetizer/ dessert). The service was excellent, and Hanington made it a special stay for us - always attentive and with a wonderful positive disposition. I very much appreciate that there are no interactions between humans and the abundant wildlife at the lodge (for contrast, having seen tourists giving alcoholic drinks to monkeys in Costa Rica). This is something we are experiencing everywhere in Uganda, but worth noting here as the lodge is inside the park and full of animals. It is clear that the staff are very respectful of nature, and that guests must do the same.

Simplemente espectacular. EXCELENTE Cada Mañana te vienen a despertar con una canción.nunca en mi vida me habían tratado tan bien en un hotel. Después de la caminata de los chimpancés te sacan los zapatos y te los limpian (te los dejan nuevos) La comida y las habitaciones super bien, excelente 😻

Die Lodge liegt unmittelbar beim Information Center. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuss dort. Die Zimmer sind ausserordentlich stilvoll und sehr grosszügig. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Es gibt stets eine Auswahl an Menus, mind. 3. Der Service ist ausserordentlich aufmerksam. Es fehlt an nichts und wenn man einen Wunsch hat, wird er erfüllt. Nach dem Schimpansen Trekking werden die Schuhe gereinigt wie neu. Uns gefällt’s sehr hier. Absolut empfehlenswert

Bellissimo lodge all’interno del parco. Struttura sicuramente di livello superiore alla media. Ottima posizione e cucina. Personale molto professionale. Possibilità di avvistamenti direttamente dal cottage. Molto consigliato. Pulizia impeccabile. Servizio di lavanderia. Molto comodo e confortevole.

Fue un placer estar alojada en este Lodge. Jockas, fue muy amable conmigo, estuvo pendiente de mí todo el tiempo. Muy amable y educado. Excelente habitación, comida y servicio. Se ven primates desde el hotel y todo está perfecto desde que llegas!
