That Resort is occupied by a vast area. Very nice atmosphere and surroundings with greenery. For the communication from one place to another in the resort, they provide vehicles, but it's time-consuming. If you order something or any service, it takes a long time because of the distance. In the Breakfast, they serve a variety of tasty foods, but not as varied as those in other five-star hotels. Foods are also at a very high rate. Anyways, it was a nice stay.

Excellent rooms just like a palace with golden interior. Food is also good. It’s spread out a lot but have good transport facilities inside the resort to go around

No snacks or mini bar complimentary , as was mentioned in my AP . Staff is lousy , slow and ill behaved. For a piece of apple they charge 400/- and say it will take about 40 mins to be sent to room. Food is inedible and makes you sick. There is no on call dr or medicine available if your falling sick in the middle of the night they cant help. The TV doesnt work. The AC doesnt work. Not worth the stay. One of the worst hospitalities from a hotel like Mayfair , which is known for its personal touch. Wont recommend.

We reached gauhati from calcutta at 1.00 noon .we were alloted rooms immideatly and our luggage was sent to room . The property was excellent . Lush green . Shivji temple was there
They had golf carts for internal transportations
Food was very good
Staff was very courtous
We had two nights stay . The room was spacious . Bathroom clean
Flush was working
They had a generator for power backup

Properties Location was Good, calm and away from city... a perfect staycatiin. rooms were good and clean. Services lacked very much. We arrived at the hotel at around 2.30pm. ut they could give only 1 room out of reserved 3 rooms. Rest of the 2 rooms were given at 5.30 after enquiring 3 times.
We were not allowed to enter the swimming pool because it was booked by some marriage party (it was a major issue). But they grabed the complete amount of the stay and di not mention that the pool won't be accessible for us.
next tea - it arrived in a flask but cold.

The 3 rooms ( 4203/4204/4205/) allotted to us were quite good but were not identical as room 4203 was much bigger both room n Toilet ? Your Front Desk failed to ensure identical rooms for us ! Most importantly restaurant cleanliness need to be looked into as well as the food quality & serving also need to improve !!
