住在特羅斯豪華套房飯店(Living Theros Luxury Suites)

Pour notre séjour de 3 nuits à Tinos, nous avions choisi une superbe chambre avec balcon et jacuzzi au Living Theros de Kardiani. Tout d'abord, les chambres sont aménagées dans d'anciennes maisons du (splendide et peu visité) village et, outre leur propreté, ont un charme fou. Les espaces ne sont pas immenses mais les aménagements et la décoration à la fois modernes et traditionnels sont parfaits. De vrais cocons avec en particulier une formidable literie et une grande belle salle de bain. On s'y sent donc très bien et au calme. Le climat n'était pas top en arrivant et malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jacuzzi car ce n'est pas un "hot tub" (contrairement à l'appartement sur le site). En clair, l'eau n'est pas chauffée... Néanmoins, balcon très agréable avec une vue sur mer remarquable. Petit déjeuner apporté en chambre avec des produits. Bien mais pourrait être un peu amélioré (pas de jus par exemple). Accueil excellent et personnel serviable et sympathique. Attention, l'accès n'est pas évident. Les chambres sont à 150 m du parking et il faut franchir un escalier à haute marche. Le parking est lui aussi bien raide. Cela ne conviendra pas à tout le monde et peu s'avérer fatigant à la longue. Il y a un resto dans le v eillage mais il était fermé lors de notre séjour. En clair, il est indispensable d'être motorisé. Du parking toute l'île est accessible en 20 à 30 min... Bref, je recommande.

situato in uno dei più bei villaggi dell'isola. abbiamo soggiornato nella Luxury traditional house con 2 camere, cucina, living, 1 bagno e mezzo perchè il secondo davvero minuscolo, uno studio tramutabile in altra stanza con divano, uno spazio all'aperto con sedie e tavolo e ombrellone affacciato verso il mare. ottima accoglienza, disponibilità e cura degli ospiti da parte della direzione. buona colazione servita direttamente in casa. molto pulito, curato. super confortevole sotto tutti i profili. e poi la luce che entrava nella casa già dal mattino, ti dava un energia pazzesca!

Splendeur du village de Kardiani perché dans les hauteurs de Tinos a 25mn du port, authenticité de l’hôtel troplodyte dans une superbe deco sobre et chaleureuse et un confort parfait et avec une vue mer à couper le souffle. Accueil chaleureux, petit déjeuner varié apporté dans la chambre à l’heure souhaitée. Petit café du village à proximité, un bon restaurant à côté et jolie plage en contrebas a 10mn de voiture. On est proche d’autres magnifiques villages Pyrgos, Ysternia…nous avons adoré notre séjour à Living Theros.

Magnifiques chambres individualisées en "maison", vue magnifique sur la mer, chant des grillons, ...Excellente literie, linge de toilette de qualité, ... et l'ensemble, inséré dans un village authentique, ruelles blanches, pas de circulation automobile (les véhicules restent à l'extérieur du village garés en toute sécurité). Excellents restaurants dans le village. Les plages sont accessibles par un sentier de randonnée, nous avons préféré les qqs mn en voiture... Idéal pour une pause familiale, un séjour en amoureux ou tout simplement une semaine de télétravail ...

Construction troglodyte récente très joliment décorée avec des bons volumes et une vue exceptionnelle sur la côte ouest de Tinos. Très calme avec parfois des bêlements de moutons qui paissent sur les pentes escarpées de Kardiani plongeant dan la mer Egée à 250 mètres plus bas. Accueil chaleureux et service impeccable.

Un lieu authentique et soigné avec une vue splendide.Un accueil chaleureux et discret.Le village de kardiani est un véritable bijoux des Cyclades.Si vous voyagez à Tinos cet petit hôtel est une vraie pépite .

Disappointing experience in a hotel complex that by no means can justify five stars. Some nice rooms and views but advertising photos are deceiving and definitely filtered... A) I was bit by 3 ticks in my bed (I'm a surviver of a serious case of Lyme disease)! Management did not manage to move me somewhere else Although they said they'd clean/disinfect room. I insisted on changing all linen and the underneath bed protectors (ticks look much like bed bugs). B) Manager is more interested in talking and arguing with guests who have legitimate complains than listening or finding appropriate solutions. He even said that C) It turns out that he room descriptions are not accurate. The double room with a private terrace is a tiny cell; and to access the terrace, you have to get out of your main entrance, climb several dangerously steep and narrow steps. Forget it if you have musculoskeletal or balance issues or if you are not a tiny person. D) Breakfast is very modest for this category of a hotel. Mainly continental but forget the bakery delicacies you have been treated with in Santorini or Kythera at similar or less expensive hotels. Juice is commercial boxed stuff, not freshly squeezeed oranges. The pretentiousness of Theros provides a small Nespresso machine but only one coffee capsule per person (forget it if the machine eats it up)! And, you have to get into your room (down and up those evil steps) to make your own lousy cup of coffee. It would have been ok if the place promoted Greek coffee as an honest alternative if they can't provide a basic coffee demand. E) You only get one set of towels per person which won't be changed until you remember to flip a silly stone outside your room to request room make-up. That also means you won't get your trash out, or have fresh drinking water (only 2 bottles per room are free) So, you have more to remember to do than you'd like on your vacation. Of course, management will exploit the concept of the pandemic here.... All the above with a price tag starting in over 200 euros per night!!! AND, they oblige you to prepay the entire amount before arrival. This is NOT a usual policy in Greece where most hotels require a down payment only to book the room. I guess Theros knows they are not worth this money since they cannot compete with similar category hotels in Greece and elsewhere. The village of Kardiani is very pretty as is the entire island. But be prepared to struggle find a spot on the very narrow street outside the village and climb up and down stairs and very pretty paths hopefully without carrying bugs or other stuff. There is basically one good tavern and no stores in the village. If I had to go back I'd definitely stay somewhere else and only for a couple of days. Going to the beach in the summer involves getting to your car and drive to the nearest organized beach which is 10-15 min away but is not anything like the nicer beaches of the island. It also becomes very very crowded.

We realy liked the facilities with a real greek atmosphere. The amazing views from the terrace, from every window and especially from the roof. The amazing roof is equipped with everything you need to relax including a gorgeous small pool. But on top of all, an amazing owners who made everything that they could to make our stay pefect. Panagiotis was more than just an hotel owner, he became a friend, helping us with everything we needed. He has anazing knoweledge about history and a great partner for a good conversation. The location in the middle of the most beutiful village in Tinos is a bonuos as well. dont miss the amazing Tavern Perivoli just 2 min by walk from the hotel!
