This hotel is an oasis in the true sense of the word. You'll look forward to getting back when you've been out and it will leave you so well fed and rested that you'll be ready to take on Kampala again the next day. The receptionists are exceptional, and Shillah even more so. They define the term concierge and never once failed us and our multitude of queries on local culture, dos and don'ts, and must see places. The staff at La Pâtisserie are fantastic and always add to the ever pleasant dining experience. The rooms are incredible. They are modern, clean, and spacious. Moreover, they are wrapped in tranquil, manicured gardens. I spent my birthday here and the pleasant little surprises from the hotel didn't seem to stop. I felt special in a very special place.

Our stay here was absolutely excellent! The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The staff was most accommodating. Angel our masseuse was one of the best ever and our receptionist Shela was very helpful! We will be back!

I would like to thank and appreciate Angel from SPA. After my procedure I want to return again and again because of experience Angel provided to me. She is so nice and friendly, with calm energy. That's exactly what is required in busy Kampala life. Thank you management for such an amazing team and people you have!

The Room & bed were super comfortable; loved the shower experience and bath products. Enjoyed the private Pool for Residents and Fine dining at Le Chateau- staff service was pleasant & attentive from check in till the end of our stay.

Das schlimmste Hotel in dem ich je war. Das Bad ist im Zimmer integriert und kein eigener Raum. Der indische Manager ist eine Katastrophe und wollte nur extra Geld haben. Der Pool war dreckig. Das Hotel ist eine Zumutung. Wir waren noch 2 Nächte im Latitude 0 Degrees, dies kann ich sehr empfehlen.

It was a very good experience, clean rooms, good food and the receptionists especially Mr Jesse . Will definitely come back .customer care is top notch we enjoyed our stay here and will definitely get back soon since this is now like our second home .

I am a repeat guest here and stay at least a week or longer. Cannot get in touch with the General Manager, Mr. Joseph Ngari or the owner. There is ALWAYS a problem with my room. Rooms are NEVER thoroughly checked prior to guest‘s arrival. This time, TV does not work, the lock on the door does not work. Do not disturb light goes out once you leave your room! Someone can enter room when you are there! I wish to contact management ASAP. Thank you.

Amazing oasis in Kampala. The hotel complex wowed is from arrival to departure. Stunning ground, rooms, restaurants, and the best staff! We were tested to 5 star accommodation, 5 star dining, and 5 star service from begining to end. Le Petit is to Kampala what Raffles is to Singapore.

This hotel was the ideal place to rest after several days of safari. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff; they were always ready to help you with a smile. The spacious, bright room was beautifully decorated, and had a modern bathroom with all necessities. The hotel has numerous facilities that suit everyone's needs; a day at the pool, relaxing in the spa, or a work-out in the gym. In the cozy restaurants and bars on the domain we could enjoy a refined breakfast, refreshing cocktails and delicious lunch and dinners. The central location of this hotel offers the advantage of being close to everything, but does not disturb the peaceful a**osphere in the hotel. Definitely recommended!
