My first room smelt like pee, the staff clearly knew about this as all the windows were open and the bathroom fan was running. I was moved to a new room and didn’t receive full sized towels for days. The hot tub and pool were so dirty and low in water you couldn’t use them (there was a rusty screw in the pool area as well). Breakfast area was usually opened late and the items were rarely refilled. Staff seemed unfazed when these things were brought up.

Gave us the wrong room after selling the one we reserved to someone else for a higher price. Said we could have the room we reserved the next night if we paid more. Tried to charge the damage deposit twice. Felt like a scam. Room that we did receive had blood on the sheets of the one bed and the mattress protector. Shower wasn’t cleaned. We will definitely not be back

We stayed for 3 nights, no one even made up our bed, much less cleaned up. Had to ask for extra towels, tp etc. We were charged a 'damage deposit ' without our knowledge or permission. We did absolutely NO damage to anything, and are still waiting to get their so called damage deposit returned. No telephone, told we would get one - never happened. The workers were mostly nice, but could not do anything when asked.

Even if you prepay they still charge you the entire stay as deposit - which is absurd. When I asked the front desk they lied about it and blamed me for not understanding. When I asked the manager they said they knew it was a problem and blamed the system. The next night I needed a new key for my room and they just gave me a new one without checking ID. Only asked which room I was in. So I could have found a key card on the street and just gone into someone else ls room??? Yikes. The Hallways were dirty with vending machine garbage stuffed into cornets/holes in wall that needed repair.

Upgraded to jacuzzi suite and the jacuzzi didn’t even work, then we woke up in the middle of the night to mice rustling around in the room. Seen one run from the garbage beside the bed. Didn’t even have any food or anything laying around to attract mice and we only checked in 6 hours earlier, changed and went out. Front desk or manger didn’t care that the tub didn’t work or that we had mice in the room.
