First room smelled like someone had been smoking in it, but the front desk mentioned that nobody has stayed in that room for a week. We were given another room which hadn’t been properly cleaned. The woman at the front desk was understanding. Still waiting on my refund.

heating did not work and we were freezing the whole night, the room also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned before we got there…they just tried to make it look nice without actually cleaning. heard random yelling in the middle of the night and we didn’t end up getting any sleep because we were very uncomfortable staying there.

I just need to say , the fact you call me 2 hours into my stay to say I am to loud even though it was just me in the room , considering the noise around me. I wont stay again. That was ridiculous.

Nice property great staff. Our room had a hot plate and sink. Nice comfy bed. The bad is the pot smokers. The rooms had air conditioners which unfortunately ****** in the stinky pot smoke from the guy below is and the people down the breezeway. They refused to stop so I ended up calling the front seat at 2am. Who did call them promptly.

I have never had to put a $ 150.00 deposit on a room before and chequed out as I always have by leaving the room key in the room and left forgetting to go to the desk and get my deposit back. Now I am back home.

Place was very clean and quite rooms little older but will work the price also short walk to downtown so great location

Despite looking a bit old, this is a great value for the money. Lots of fancier places in Kamloops at 2-3 times the price. Same breakfast as many of those have, too, with waffles, eggs, fruit, cereal, etc. Right across from Royal Inland Hospital. The bus to downtown is only a block away. We will stay there again if we can.

I was charged a nightly fee for my dogs. No problem. The room had obviously housed many dogs in the past without being properly cleaned. The carpet was gross. My 2 little guys were on the bed and they couldn't sniff enough. All of the bedding they sniffed continuously. The room was very dark and dingy and in need of cosmetic repairs. The area itself was less than desireable.
