卡利斯佩爾大飯店(Kalispell Grand Hotel)

We used to stay here for years but moved a couple of years ago and haven't been back until now. So good to enjoy our favorite Kalispell hotel again. They love our Aussiedoodle, Marty and Marty feels right at home. Great location to downtown shopping, coffee shops, restaurants and 5 minutes from major shopping centers. Thanks Bridget and Audrey for making our stay.

Lovely! Rooms were comfortable and cozy. It’s a 100 year old hotel so no, it’s not going to have all the fancy bells and whistles like in room refrigerator etc but it had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Coffee always ready on all the floors, cookies and popcorn in the afternoon, and breakfast quiche in the morning. It’s not as vintage on the inside as you would expect, but it has charm. Staff was extremely nice and friendly. Walking distance to literally everything, so we just kept the car parked and walked everywhere. It little noisy, but that’s the location. I wouldn’t have been surprised if it was haunted, given its long history, but alas, I didn’t see any ghosts or bumps in the night. Even the spirits are comfy there. If your a history buff, I highly recommend.

This hotel is quite charming and certainly has more frills than most! We loved the warm cookies and popcorn and the great location. Most of all, the ladies working there gave the gold star customer service! They were so proud of this hotel and were delightful in their conversation and recommendations. We would love to stay there again!

This hotel, from the moment we stepped inside, was very welcoming with a wonderful person checking us in and out. The recommendation for supper was spot on. I ended up leaving my purse in my room when I checked out. Housekeeping found it and the motel mailed it to my house with everything intact. It's a great historical, clean, and honest place to stay. Great breakfast, as well!

This is a historic property currently undergoing full renovations as of Sept 2023. The rooms are on the small side, but they are clean and well kept. I appreciated the tea and coffee station located upstairs as well as in the lobby. It was nice to grab a quick cup of Joe in the morning before going downstairs. The lobby and lounge area are spacious and bright with several seating options. Staff was really helpful and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of several great lounges, and dining options, and shopping.

The staff were really nice (I got a free "upgrade" to a king/queen room instead) but beds were way too soft and we heard everything outside including the car alarm and some drunk man singing. Although I don't expect it to be completely soundproof the windows didn't feel like they did anything. There is no mini fridge inside the room either. Lastly the breakfast was very sad looking - you had individual slices of pound cake and quiche in a fridge that you could microwave, plus some juice. I wouldn't really call that a continental breakfast. They could have put out some yogurt and granola and cereal it would have better (if they were concerned about spoilage). The rate was pretty expensive for what we paid (over 300 per night) but it was cheapest that I could find in the area and that was probably the reason.

Nice historic hotel in downtown. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Our room was clean and comfort. A huge jetted tub was a nice surprise and welcome after traveling all day. The staff was wonderful and gave us excellent dining options within walking distance. We’d definitely stay here again. We spent the night here before going on to St. Mary.

There are many charming features in this hotel. Rooms are small, not surprising considering the age. But they are comfortable and quiet. Window air conditioner worked well to cool the room. Desk staff offered many suggestions for dining and shopping. Coffee available most of the day. Neighborhood has many places to eat.

The air conditioner was extremely noisy —- had to turn it off. Other rooms’ air conditioners also loud. Couldn’t watch tv or rest. Shower was extremely small - I fit but can’t imagine heavier or taller people. Windows— unable to open for fresh air. Elevator also very small— couldn’t imagine if you had more than 1 luggage. Breakfast—- had to eat outside of the hotel. Free but awful. This hotel is for history buffs who enjoy the 1920’s era.
